And while we're on the subject of reversing, I've recently found a problem in Chain Grapple reversals. They're seriously broken.

By which I mean, they're far too easy to pull off. If you get put in a grapple, for example, and you just start mindlessly pressing R2 repeatedly, there's a 75% chance you'll wriggle your way out of it, regardless of how long they delay the move for.

This, in turn, creates heaps of really awkward stalemates between two players online, and is why I've been either keeping to hardcore matches or referee'ing most of the time.

If only that could translate into real life .

Tried creating a CAW today. Got fucking bored half way. No wonder most of the wrestlers seem to have the same moveset. Slam, back suplex, club to the shoulder... there are about a billion variations to each leaving you with about 8 moves worth having to fill up 20 grapples. Didn't get up to turnbuckle grapples yet, but I'm curious to see if any exist beyond the "grab arm and bring them in for a clothesline" move that apparently everyone in the game has and nothing more . Am I doing something wrong?

Movesetting is always the most demanding-in-patience stage of CAW creation. You'll go through the bleakness for about half an hour, but once you see these moves being performed by the CAW itself, and not the generic crash test dummy in the creating, it's somewhat rewarding.

Was actually recreating one of my old CAWs today, and was seriously jimmy-rustled when I found that the dancing Brian Kendrick animation was not in Create-An-Entrance. YET ALL THE OTHERS REMAIN.

What was it about that animation that had to get it deleted? There's LOADS of other bland, emotionless animations you could've scythed. I really needed that for my drunken scotsman CAW

My main issue with the reversal system is that the skills values of the various superstars doesn't seem to affect the reversal rate at all.
