But at least that means potential spots for Kidd, McIntyre, Hawkins or something.

I just think what's the point of having this Attitude Era concept when majority of that roster is not in the damn game. Pretty pointless really. They've just done it as a marketing ploy to get guys from that Era to buy the game but by the look of things, it's just a regular WWE game with legends with alternative attires.

Really disappointed with this.

Well they've still reserved 32 spots for AE guys. I'm just hoping that it doesn't mean we have 2 Christians, Jerichos, Henrys, etc. I'd rather those not count towards a person and just be an attire.

But it disappoints me that it's highly unlikely we'll see The Dudleys and Hardyz. Those would be some of my most used AE characters.

I think the game really is on knife edge at this point. It all depends on whether they do make two of everybody (which would really suck), or if they add in other AE guys to fill up those 32 spots. I'm definitely hoping for the latter, but I guess we'll have to wait and see.

Some of my suggestions

They need to fix the move animations so it looks like you are actually hurting people. Too many times it just looks too fake, or moves look like they don't connect at all.

A lot of this has to do with the sound effects of moves. Sometimes they're just non existent. When i hit someone with a chair I want a loud metallic crack!

Also finishers last year looked like shit. I liked the enhancement effects they put in previous years' games. I'd love a slow mo effect leading up to the impact of your finisher for example. Or better yet, a slow mo button that you can press and use at certain points.

Also the crowd noise and intensity of the commentary needs to build up as the match does. I don't want Cole or King saying 'Punk has won the title' in a complete monotone when I've just won the ME of Summerslam.

Also why not make the finisher creator extend to all moves? So you can have a whole moveset of your own moves if you want.

Plus when the hell are they going to update the animation of putting people through the cell. It looks like absolute garbage.


These are all elementary things that aren't a problem for other good games. I just don't get why it's such a problem for THQ.

That's the problem. Their roster has a limit of how many people can be on it, yet a game such as NHL, MLB, NFL have hundreds of guys combined per game.

The thing is, the wrestlers have much more detail to them than MLB/NFL/NHL/NBA. I do agree that I feel they could add more but I don't think near the level a sports game could.

My list of things I'd like:

- Let me climb on the announce table, PLZ. You've let me do it before.

- More impactful sounding chair shots, etc.

- Have different selling animations for different moves. I'd even be cool with just on finishers. It'd be cool to see someone get hit with an RKO and spike instead of just fall or get hit and start rolling or something.

- The ability to do moves off of different objects. This might be difficult but it'd be awesome to do the Disaster Kick off of the announce table or steel steps.

- T-shirts in the entrances. Even if they're a bit dated, please add this.

- Taunts with some audio. Like if you're about to do the GTS and do the taunt have Punk yell "BEST IN THE WORLD" or "GO TO SLEEP"

- A good ankle lock submission. Not a fan of the one from WWE '12. Give me a regular one or a good grapevined one.

- If I'm doing a backstage match, let me have the same moveset I do in a regular match. I really can't get into those at all.

- More springboard/diving and submission moves. I feel like there's stuff they can do with those that hasn't been done.

- I Quit Match (Although that could be tough too.

- Fix up some of the cell animations.

- GM mode, preferably but Universe with some tweaks would be cool too.

- In Universe, the ability to set up a run in for a match that you're actually competing in.

- Some place where you can set up a feud in Universe/GM and have the game focus around that feud instead of trying to force me to do Morrison/Kozlov ~___~

- Maybe cut down the injuries or at least give the ability to turn them off. Right now in my Universe: Cena, Morrison, Gabriel, Swagger, McIntyre, HBK, Guerrero and Barrett are all injured right now. There's been streaks where it's been fine but this is just irritating.

How lazy of THQ would it be for them to give us 2 or more character slots for the same guy. That means Rock will have two slots, as well Undertaker, Triple H and especially Mankind and his many personalities. That alone discourages me from buying the game. They could have seriously added more guys to take up those character slots. But THQ will be THQ. I know we know little about the roster and the game at this point, but man come on THQ don't be too lazy.
