Watching the video Human Nature posted has got me more excited for this game now, It's just in the back of my mind that I feel like I am setting myself up for disappointment, I try not to get hyped over this stuff but I always seem to cave in with about 2 weeks to go.
That week is going to be rough for me, On tuesday its AC 3 which I have managed to avoid all news for so I am clueless yet still hyped, On the friday it will be WWE 13 and on the Monday after I have a massive presentation for my dissertation to do. Plus I still have the main dissertation, Essay + A case study to do Totalling about 15000 words between them.
judging by that big show vs punk video, it looks like the whole "we added weight detection" thing is STILL a bullshit story. Punk lifting Show to the top rope is somehow possible?

Haha, sorry for taking so long Tyrion! I just now came back over here. Got sucked into Youtube world just completely zoned out watching videos of peoples Universes from '12 and new gameplay from '13.
Footage is long and the guy playing Big Show sucks (they both kinda do, which is always the annoying instance for people getting new footage of the games every year. It's never people who are truly good at the game and show off a lot of stuff), but nonetheless it shows SOME things.
Big Show is seriously MASSIVE! Such a small detail that makes a HUGE difference. When Punk has him on his shoulder for the GTS you can really tell the difference, not like you can't during the whole match but that part definitely shows it amazingly well!
If you guys don't want to watch the whole 9mins here are a few nice things to look at:
There's a nice reversal at 5:17

The roll up pin is at 6:40
Also, it hasn't been posted in here yet, but anyone in the US can go play a demo at certain locations of Best Buy! Stupid way of doing a demo, releasing it for PSN and XBL would make more sense, but that's THQ for ya!

Is it just me, or is Big Show moving ridiculously fast? I'm talking all the moves and everything. I never did play '12 but I feel like the bigger guys moved slower in past games, I might be completely off and it might be because I'm watching and not playing, but it looks kind of weird to me.
Shame this is coming same time as AC3 , can't devote my time to two games at the same time! WWE 13 will be good thought it's just AC3 will be one of the best games this year i'll get that 1st.

That demo is pretty generous with players, you usually only get 4 guys to choose from.
Is Big Show really any bigger than he was in WWE '12? I don't notice any difference off hand.
If you go to 2:24 here they show they've made the models bigger.
They actually look like giants, instead of just a little taller than everyone else.
Only footage I can find of Punk vs. Show on WWE '12 is all prediction videos from the triple threat this past SS.
Just skip through and watch a few segments and you can tell there's a difference in size.
In the WWE '13 video earlier, CM Punk actually looks small compared to Show. In the '12 video he looks smaller, but it's not a HUGE difference in size from the two.
The body of Show is just so much more massive like it should be.
I don't know, I'm having trouble trying to explain it for some reason. Haha. Hopefully you can see the difference in the videos.

ughhhhhhhhh....that video. If belts looked more "floppy" this entrance would be PERFECT. Oh, and, it's a crime against wrestling that they didnt give him the smoking skull belt to come out with in that video.
