RTWM May Be Dropped From WWE13

THQ may be dropping the RTWM format from the upcoming WWE13 game and replacing it was a standard story mode.

I hate how you can't change the difficulty of it on '12, mainly because the countering system is BS.

If by standard story mode it's like no mercy(where it doesn't matter which superstar you pick,but you can pick storylines to get each title) then that'll be great.
But if it's just like the CAW story mode they had a few years ago where you just fight to gain XP and after a certain amount of stars, you face the champ, that won't be as good.
THQ really needs to step it up with WWE13. After seeing how good UFC3 was, if I were to tell someone to play WWE12 and UFC3 and ask them if they thought both games were made by the same company, 99% of people would say NO.

You can. It's in the main options before you actually start RTWM(by start, I mean like starting a new RTWM or just loading your latest save. It's in the main RTWM menu screen)

I find RTWM really annoying to be honest, the way it makes you fight the same people over and over again even if you lose.

WWE 13 really needs to be a step up from the past games. THQ as a company needs good sales and THQ and Yukes need to regain the reputation they had back in 2003.
As for an Attitude Era focus? Why not. It's been mentioned on TV recently by Cena himself. But if they want to focus on it, the should try to make this the biggest game ever. But, recent track record shows that they'll say this game has the most playable characters ever, but instead of 62, it'll be 63, and 15 of them will be DLC.
