Does anyone know how to get your created guys on the card in Universe more often so they appear automatically?
I have a roster of WCW guys like Flair, Sting, Hogan, Steiner etc, and I can usually only get them on Nitro by amending the match, but I want them to appear autmatically so they're involved in remarkable matches.
Jack bloody Swagger keeps popping up on all cards, and If I have another WCW match that's Eddie v Booker I'm going to lose it.

I've discovered that after playing nearly a year of Universe Mode, you're more likely to be booked in a match based of your contender ranking to the World Title. If your contender ranking is high, you're more likely to placed in number one contender matches, tag team main events, etc. However, seeing as created wrestlers start really low on the contender rankings by default, they won't be booked in matches as often unless you manually book them yourself.
Whoever is your current World champion - click on him, and you will see the top 4 contenders, if you scroll down you will see all of the contenders to the World Title from that respective brand. If guys like Flair, Sting, Hogan are very low in the rankings to the current World Champion, then they won't get booked as often as guys who are high up the rankings.
If Jack Swagger is popping up all the time, that would suggest he's high up the rankings of a particular title, if you make him lose repeated matches and essentially bury him he will appear less and less.
Also, Rivalries and Momentum also factor into how often a certain wrestler is booked.

I have only been able to cash in on RAW championships. Doesn't matter which show won the MITB.

Is there any reason why all of my downloaded wrestlers from Community Creations go right to top of the rankings for the major titles? They only seem to do it on RAW, not Smackdown.
For example, I downloaded X-Pac, put him on Raw, and he went straight to #1 contender. I then downloaded Ultimate Warrior, put him on SD, and he's at the bottom.
STILL haven't been able to cash in and I'm at the RR now.
They need to fix all of these Rumble glitches.
I just got one where it was only 3 wrestlers then nothing else.
Rumble started with Ryder/Christian then Edge came out.
Then no one came out after that. Ryder eliminated both and then just walked around the ring.
I quit the match and the game freezes, quit the game and my ps3 had to restart.
EDIT: Click on the rumble yet again, you'd think this time it would work.
But nope! It's just sitting here panning the crowd for the past 4 f'n minutes!
I haven't really had any problems with this game til now!
This is soooo annoying!
2nd EDIT: I do the Rumble yet again, it makes it to the 9th entry and does the same stupid crap as
last time!!!!! No one f'n comes out! That's worse than with just the 3, cause I had to wait even longer to see this crap! Goldust is just sitting here punching air. Fantastic!
I love just not being able to finish a freaking rumble! Awesome!

Just a guess here, but perhaps the X-Pac CAW you downloaded was the #1 contender on the original creator's Universe Mode and it translated to yours. All the CAWS I've downloaded, like other created superstars, are always very low in the rankings and require me a lot of time and effort to get them up to the status of #1 contender.
Seriously, F this game!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The Rumble match just won't progress!!!!!
This is beyond pissing me off!
