Re: WWE '12

After playing for a couple of hours, this is probably in the top 3 of wrestling games I've played. I've noticed zero bugs, and I havent had as much trouble with the reversal system as others have. This game is particularly awesome in gameplay. Smooth, easy to control.

It's a good game, no doubt. Add in the fun I had with Create Arena and the Universe Im about to start, it's going to be fun.

Top 5: Warrior, Bret Hart, Goldberg, Hulk Hogan, Sting

Re: WWE '12

Haha, just had a double turn on my Universe mode.

Sheamus vs. Wade Barrett, mid match Christian runs down to seemingly help Barrett, but turns on him and turns face. Sheamus wins, leaves the ring and Randy Orton walks past him and begins beating up Barrett. Sheamus then runs back in to the ring to save Barrett and beats up Randy Orton.

I find Universe pretty fun. A little bit of imagination and remaining cool about what is going on and you can be entertained for a while. Then again, I love being able to create my own world and come up with the small context of what the wrestlers are feuding about on my own in my head. I'm sure many people would love for Universe Mode to give you more fleshed out stories with dialogue and backstage cutscenes, but what we have now is good for the imagination.

Re: WWE '12

I just started playing universe there and Lesnar started feuding with Ziggler and anytime one of them was on screen the other would come out and beat the other down, then next week they were booked in a "remarkable" match and once it was over Randy Orton came out and beat both of them down!?

A little mini feud between Yoshi Tatsu and Tyson Kidd sprung up on superstars as well over the cruiserweight title.

I was trying to set up a feud between Slater/Gabriel and Airboom when Kofi faced Mason Ryan so I ran in with Slater to interfere, beat down Kofi and Ryan went for the pin. I then went to get the ref up and all of a sudden Kofi was pinning Ryan and he won. Had to quit and make them rivals manually...

Also Santino somehow turned heel in the one week I've played...

Re: WWE '12

Just gone past Over the Limit:

US Title Tables match: Dolph Ziggler vs. Drew McIntyre
Tag Titles Ladder Match: Santino/Kozlov vs. Demolition
IC Title Table Match: Justin Gabriel vs. Tyson Kidd
DIVAs Title: Natalya vs. Kelly Kelly vs. Beth Phoenix
World Title Match: Wade Barrett vs. Sheamus
WWE Title Last Man Standing Match: John Morrison vs. CM Punk

John Morrison, Wade Barrett, Justin Gabriel have been champions for a pretty long time, so have Kozlov/Santino.

After the Barrett match, CM Punk and Husky Harris came and celebrated with him...random? And after the Morrison match Brock Lesnar came out with a steel pipe and attacked him.

Marking for: John Morrison, Randy Orton, CM Punk, Sheamus, Dolph Ziggler, Cody Rhodes and Jack Swagger.

Alex Riley was injured for two years, returns at Summerslam to attack US Champion John Cena who initially injured him, they have some remarkable matches leading to HIAC, and Riley wins the title at HIAC and injures Cena. Loving the randomness of Universe.
