No I'm not, I just don't focus on the smaller things. I'll still bitch and moan if something really annoys.
Like, from your list: commentary and enemy AI. Both have been spectacularly horrible in previous games. The commentators fill each match with 500 repeats of the same few phrases, and the enemy AI just wanders around half the time if you get a short distance away.
I still complain, sure. But I pick my complaints to the big, really noticeable stuff. I see some people (not saying anyone here but I haven't read the thread) who literally complain about everything.
And I will further agree: the yearly sports games have now been polished to almost being a perfect representation of the real sport (thinking of Madden primarily here, but the NBA 2K series are phenomenal too) but I think WWE games are always going to be at a disadvantage there.
Other sports games focus on whole teams, but with WWE you're controlling one dude in a choreographed fight with another dude. Making that flow exactly like it does on TV will always be one hell of a challenge, whereas with other sports games as long as they all pass, shoot etc realistically nobody's going to complain too much. The UFC and MMA games are the same, people complaining that they're too clunky in comparison to the real deal.
They are getting better though. I still remember playing WWF No Mercy way back when and the leap from that to the WWE '12 gameplay shows how far they've come in making it amazingly close to real life match flow as real matches, but it's going to take a while still.
