Well...because the strap wasn't always white lol? Did you really think that they'd just make a title a different colour?

What are you talking about?
They put in the classic IC title which Iassume means the white one, or maybe I'm confused. I'm thinking it's the design of the one from like 95 and before. So why wouldn't they have that as a white strap?

This IC title is just for Rhodes I thought? so it doesn't matter too much that it is blanco instead of negro

You're asking whats the point in it being in if it's not white. Well, look at all these guys with the black belt. It's not as if they've created a new colour belt.

You know what? I'm glad it's not the current IC title because the black belt actually looks GOOD, the white one does not.

Now, who to make the classic IC champion. Right now, I'd say Steamboat, because he's the only legend announced that I think held it, besides Austin and Rock but I'm not giving them the IC title.
