Cena: This week I take on some nobody, for a shot at a golden opportunity, I will beat this "Haas?" Guy. and automaticaly get into the Royal Rumble. Charlie Haas, and those of you that will be in the Rumble with me, YOU CANT SEE ME!!!

Week 93

WWE RAW

We get a video showing Stone Cold beating Hulk Hogan in the Santa’s Glass Table Match at Christmas Chaos.

The RAW video plays follow by fireworks inside the arena.

JR: Welcome to Monday Night RAW. We are three weeks away from the biggest match of the year, The Royal Rumble Match. Tonight, qualifying matches continue. Plus who will be the surprise mystery partner of Shawn Michaels and Steve Austin be as they take on The NWO tonight in our main event?

We go in the parking lot and we see a limo pull up. The back door opens and out walks Jeff Hardy.

JR: What? Why is Jeff Hardy doing here? He was fired from Smackdown, you don’t think he is the mystery partner do you?
King: Could be!!

Royal Rumble Qualifying Match
The Rock vs The Big Show
The finish comes when The Big Show grabs The Rock by his neck. The Rock grabs the ref but the ref gets loose. As the ref fixes his shirt, The Rock kicks Big Show between the legs. The Rock grabs Big Show and plants him with The Rock Bottom. The Rock covers Big Show for the three. 15:00

JR: The Rock is going to The Rumble Match.

COMMERCIALS

Backstage we see Jeff Hardy knock on Coach’s office door. He walks in and sees Coach is gone. He sits down on the couch waiting on him.

JR: What is Jeff Hardy doing here?

Women’s Championship
Angel Williams© vs Mickie James
The finish comes when both Divas are fighting outside the ring. Mickie smiles and grabs Angel and plants her with a hard DDT on the floor. Mickie gets in the ring as the ref goes outside and checks on the Women’s Champion. Just then a fan jumps in the ring and waits for Mickie to turn around. Mickie turns around and the guy plants Mickie with a hard boot to her face. The guy gets out of the ring and we finally see who it is, it is Tyson Tomko. Tomko hides at ringside as Angel gets up. She slowly slides in the ring and covers Mickie for the three. 6:29

JR: What the hell? That who Angel must had been talking to, Tomko.

Just then Coach comes out as Tomko and Angel Williams celebrate in the ring.

Coach: I thought this might happened. Angel, I told you that I would hired Tomko for “your protection”. But that didn’t give you the right to have him help you during the match. So you know what, I am making a match for next week’s RAW, another Fan’s Appreciation Match only this time it is a Intergender Tag Team Match. It will be you, Tomko teaming with Angel Williams to take on Mickie James and a partner of her choosing. Oh, I’m not done yet. I am also making another match for The Royal Rumble, this time, Angel, you will defend the WWE Women’s Championship once again against Mickie James only this time Tomko is banned from ringside. And to make sure, Tomko, don’t still is little nose in the match, the match will be a Lumberjack Match. Not Divas around the ring, but WWE Superstars around the ring to make sure that Tomko don’t mess with the match.

Angel and Tomko looks angry as Coach just smile.

Coach: Now excuse me, I have some business to attend to.

Coach leaves as the fans are chanting “Coach” over and over.

The Miz vs Tommy Dreamer
The finish comes when Tommy picks Miz up for The Dreamer Driver but The Miz slides off of Dreamer. He rolls Dreamer up and hook the tights for the three. 7:10

JR: The Miz joins AJ Styles, and The Rock as the only RAW Superstars so far in The Royal Rumble Match.

We get a video showing AJ Styles beating Randy Savage at Christmas Chaos.

Shane Mcmahon vs Shelton Benjamin
The finish comes when Shelton Benjamin grabs Shane Mcmahon and plants him with The Pay Dirt. Shelton covers Shane Mcmahon for the three. 7:00

JR: Shelton Benjamin is going to The Rumble Match. He have got to be one of the early picks to win it.

Backstage we see Coach walks into his office where Jeff Hardy is sitting watching the NBC show, Heroes on Coach’s tv. Coach walks over and stares at the tv.

Coach: Jeff, what is that? Why isn’t that on RAW?

Jeff Hardy: Well, this is the hit show, Heroes. It’s a great show, I watch every week now since I am out of a job. It kinda remind me of myself, all the stuff I do in the ring. Not only that, but they have a new person on the show, and he reminds me of me. Black fingernails, everyone looking at him like he is a freak. So I can relate to this show.

Coach: I don’t care what you watch, I want to know what the hell you are doing here.

Jeff Hardy: Well, I keep hearing about this “mystery person” coming to RAW tonight and well, I know that I am not that person but I want to be. I want you to sign me to RAW, make me a new contract.......................TONIGHT!!!

Coach: Jeff, you lost a loser leaves WWE match against your brother and you want to come to the show where your brother is not on? Well, since I don’t have to do anything with Smackdown, and I didn’t agree to you leaving the WWE, you know what, welcome back to the WWE. You will have your first match back next week in a Royal Rumble Qualifying Match against..................Kane. Try to beat him, superhero.

Jeff smiles as he leaves Coach’s office.

JR: Coach have just hired Jeff Hardy back, as a RAW Superstar. RAW is going to be getting EXTREME!!!!

Chris Masters vs Goldust
The finish comes when Masters goes for The Master Lock but Goldust slides down to his back and climbs through Master’s legs. He then rolls Masters up for the three. 6:01

JR: What a win by “The Bizarre One” Goldust.

Backstage we see Angel Williams packing her stuff up when she sees a bag in the corner of her locker. She grabs the bag and opens it. She pulls out what looks like some pictures. Angel is shocked at what she is looking at. She drops the pictures on the floor and runs out of her dressing room. We get a close shot of the pictures and we see Angel Williams in her bra and panties getting ready for bed. The camera then goes down the line and we see Angel Williams “naked” in the pictures. Of course, the picture is blurred which got some of the fans booing. We get a shot of the last picture and it shows Angel Williams sleeping in a nightgown looking thing but the pic looks to be taken with someone standing over Angel.

JR: Who took those pictures? Was it you, King?
King: No, I would never do anything like that.

Just then we see Mickie James walk up to the pictures. She bends over and picks up the pictures and smiles.

Mickie James: See you tonight, Angel.

Mickie walks away holding her head from the earlier shot from Tomko.

Royal Rumble Qualifying Match
Raven vs Jack Swagger
The finish comes when Jack Swagger picks Raven up and plants him with The Swagger Bomb. Jack Swagger covers Raven for the three. 6:30

JR: Jack Swagger, the Intercontinental and Hardcore Champion is moving on to The Royal Rumble. If he wins, The Rumble, he would go to Wrestlemania and challenge for another title.
King: Damn, I want to be Jack Swagger.

Carlito vs Mr. Kennedy
The finish comes when Mr. Kennedy holds on to the top rope as Carlito goes for The Back Stabber. Carlito lands hard on his back. Carlito gets up and Mr. Kennedy plants Carlito with The Mic Check. Kennedy covers Carlito for the three. 8:30

JR: Mr. Kennedy is now in The Rumble Match. We are being told that next week’s Qualifying Matches will be Jeff Hardy taking on Kane. Shawn Michaels taking on Rikishi, Scott Hall taking on X-Pac, Kevin Nash taking on Goldust, and Chris Masters will be in action against tonight’s “Mystery Partner” whoever he may be. Speaking of that, we will find out next.

COMMERCIALS

The NWO comes out to boos. They enter the ring as the fans chant “NWO Sucks”. The glass breaks and Steve Austin run down the ramp and enters the ring. Hulk Hogan, Kevin Nash, and Scott Hall all leave the ring. “Sexy Boy” plays and HBK walks out and he walks halfway down the ramp. He then starts to think and he says “I forgot something”. He then goes back to the back. We all wait to see what he forgot. Just then we here “Break It Down” and the fans start going nuts. Shawn Michaels and Triple H comes out to a standing ovation.

DX walk down the ramp and enter the ring and grabs a mic.

Triple H: Are you ready?

Triple H then goes to the second rope.

Triple H: No, Monday Night RAW, I said, ARE YOU READY?

The crowd starts going nuts.

Triple H: Then for the thousands in attendance and the millions watching at home and because DX is back baby. That’s right, The Game is back on the RAW Roster and DX will run The NWO out of town.

The crowd cheers louder.

Triple H: Let’ssssssssssssssssssssss Get Ready To Succccccccckkkkkkkkkkkkk ITTTTTTTTTTTTt!!!!!

Triple H passes the mic to HBK.

Shawn Michaels: And if your not down with that, we just got two words for ya......

Crowd: SUCK IT!!!!!!!!!!!!

JR: Wow, DX is back.

Stone Cold Steve Austin/DX vs The NWO
The finish comes when all hell breaks loose. Steve Austin fights with Hulk Hogan outside the ring. Inside, Triple H clothesline Kevin Nash out of the ring. Scott Hall gets up and walks right into The Sweet Chin Music by HBK. Hall turns around and Triple H does the “Suck It Taunt” and he kicks Scotty in the gut and plants Scott with The Pedigree. Triple H covers Scott Hall for the three. 16:20

JR: DX and Austin reigns supreme to......oh my god, we just got word that Coach have made a huge match for The Royal Rumble. In what have to be consider a dream match, Kevin Nash and Scott Hall will defend the Unified Tag Team Championship against Shawn Michaels and Triple H at The Royal Rumble. The NWO vs DX!!!!

We see Steve Austin enter the ring with some beers. He toss one to HBK and one to HHH and they have a beer bath as The NWO looks on.

RAW goes off with the three superstars drinking in the ring.

WWE Smackdown

We get a video showing Christian knocking Edge off the top of Hell in a Cell to retain the World Heavyweight Championship.

We come on the air and we get a graphic saying tonight is “Champ vs Champ” Christian vs Ted Dibiase.

Michael Cole: Welcome to Smackdown, tonight we have five Royal Rumble Qualifying Matches and not only that but in our main event, World Heavyweight Champion vs United States Champion.
Tazz: That is going to be off the hook.
Michael Cole: Plus we will have a interview with Edge who is at home resting tonight.

Royal Rumble Qualifying Match
Batista vs Cody Rhodes
The finish comes when Ted Dibiase gets in the ring but the ref takes him out. Ted keeps trying to get in the ring to help Cody but the ref shoves him all the way up the ramp. Just then Batista goes for The Batista Bomb but John Cena comes from the crowd and enters the ring. He picks Batista up and plants him with a FU. John Cena exit through the crowd. The ref returns to the ring and he sees Cody Rhodes pinning Batista. The ref counts to three. 7:09

Michael Cole: What a huge upset. John Cena just cost Batista his chance to enter The Rumble.

Cody Rhodes runs up the ramp as the crowd is booing. Batista gets up and screams “Cena, I am going to get you”.

Michael Cole: Batista will take on John Cena at The Royal Rumble in what was a battle of friends which tonight I think it turned personal.

COMMERCIALS

We get a video showing new Smackdown Superstar, Chris Hero. It says he will debut next week on Friday Night Smackdown.

Royal Rumble Qualifying Match
John Cena vs Charlie Haas
The finish comes when John Cena locks in The STF on Charlie Haas. Haas gets ready to tap when Batista enters the ring and jumps on Cena. The ref calls for the bell. 6:00

Michael Cole: John Cena wins by DQ and will be heading to The Rumble Match.

Batista gets on top of Cena and start laying hard right hands to him. Cena starts hitting back as refs and other people enter the ring and pull them apart. They break apart and start fighting with each other again. Just then the new Smackdown General Manager, Vickie Guerrero comes out.

Vickie Guerrero: Stop it right there. I get hired as GM and this is what happens? Well its not going to happen this way because I am going to add something to you two match at The Royal Rumble in three weeks. At The Royal Rumble, it will be John Cena taking on Batista in a Steel Cage Match. You two wait until then to beat the living hell out of each other.

Michael Cole: Wow, Vickie just made Cena vs Batista in a Cage.

Royal Rumble Qualifying Match
William Regal vs Santino Marella
The finish comes when William Regal plants Santino with The Knee Trimble. Regal covers Santino for the three. 6:00

Michael Cole: William Regal is now in The Rumble.

We see a shot of Edge sitting in a chair holding his neck while the WWE crew put the mic and stuff on him.

Michael Cole: Later tonight, I will talk with Edge live.

COMMERCIALS

We get a video showing once again CM Punk getting beat down from Christmas Chaos by Samoa Joe, Christopher Daniels, Colt Cabana, and Ace Steel.

Royal Rumble Qualifying Match
No Holds Barred Match
CM Punk vs Samoa Joe
The finish comes when the bell rings to start the match. CM Punk runs over and kicks Joe in the head. Joe falls on his back so CM Punk thinks he is knocked out so Punk covers him for the three. :30

Michael Cole: What the hell? CM Punk just knocked out Joe?

Just then the lights go out and once again we hear that voice that is stalking CM Punk.

Voice: Punk, your one kick didn’t knock out Joe did it? Na, I didn’t think so. Consider this a gift from me to you. Now you can go to The Royal Rumble without even breaking a damn sweat.

Just then we hear CM Punk’s voice as he went and grab a mic.

CM Punk: I don’t need anything from you. I know I can’t see you, but I didn’t need your “help” tonight. In matter of fact, let me give you a gift of my own.

The lights come on in the arena and CM Punk have a chair wrap around Joe’s neck. CM Punk smiles as he takes his foot and slams the chair into Joe’s neck. Samoa Joe starts coughing up blood. CM Punk kicks the chair three more times.

CM Punk picks the mic back up.

CM Punk: This is a warning to you, I am tired of playing by your rules, we are now playing by my rules. I am coming after each and every one of you until I have you face to face in this ring.

CM Punk drops the mic and leaves the ring.

Michael Cole: CM Punk is not going to stand for this anymore. He is on a mission to end this guy once and for all.

COMMERCIALS

Chris Sabin/Velvet Sky vs Jimmy Wang Yang/Stacy Keibler
The finish comes when Sky plants Stacy with a face buster type move. Sky covers Stacy for the three. 6:18

Michael Cole: What a win by Velvet Sky and the new X-Division Champion, Chris Sabin.

After the match, Velvet grabs a mic.

Velvet Sky: I am the most dominate diva in the WWE today and I proved that when I threw out all the other divas to win the battle royal. Which is why I want to send a message to my former “Partner In Crime”, Angel Williams. Angel, Angelina, whatever the hell your name is now. I know you are busy trying not to get raped and whatnot but I am putting you on notice. I will be coming after that Women’s Title rather I am on RAW, Smackdown, or any show, I will be coming after that title. Remember, you can look but you can’t touch.

Velvet smiles as she kisses Chris Sabin as they leave the ring together.

The finish comes when all hell breaks loose. Every man is fighting with everyone from the other team. The Undertaker picks Matt Hardy up and plants him with The Tombstone. Undertaker covers Matt for the win. 10:20

Michael Cole: The Undertaker, Rey Mysterio, and Chris Benoit picked up a win here tonight. When we come back, we will have that interview with Edge.

We are back and we see Edge sitting at his house in front of the camera.

Michael Cole: Edge, thanks for joining us here tonight. How ar..........

Edge: Listen, I didn’t agree to come on here tonight to be asked stupid questions by “Vintage” Michael Cole. I came on here to say something to my former partner, Christian. Christian, we had our first one on one match in a long ass time at Hell on top of the Cell and you won, I lost, you were the better man that night. But I am already getting tired of seeing you walk around with that title. I know we got a TLC Match at Royal Rumble which I a plan on winning but I want something oh so much more. How about we add a little something to this match. How about if, no, when I win the match and the title, you can not get a rematch while I am champion. And if you win, and that is a big if, I will leave Smackdown forever. I wont show up here on Smackdown, ever, I will go to RAW if I have to. So Christian, what do you say? I will be on Smackdown next week and I want your answer then.

Edge gets up and takes off his mic from his shirt as he walks away.

Michael Cole: Will Christian accept the stipulations? We are being told that Vickie Guerrero had just made a huge match for next week’s Smackdown, it will be Christian taking on his former protege Cody Rhodes and The Rated R Superstar himself, Edge will be the Special Guest Referee.

Eddie Guerrero vs Chris Jericho
The finish comes when Eddie Guerrero goes for The Frog Splash but Y2J shoves the ref with his foot into the ropes to knock Latino Heat from the top to the mat. The ref goes to call for the bell but Jericho says it was his mistake. Eddie gets up and Y2J turns around and plants Eddie with The Code Breaker. Chris Jericho covers Eddie Guerrero for the three. 14:25

Michael Cole: Chris Jericho is going to The Royal Rumble Match. Next week we will have five more Royal Rumble Qualifying Matches. They are Randy Orton vs Chris Benoit, Matt Hardy taking on Mark Henry, John Morrison taking on Dolph Ziggler, newcomer Chris Hero taking on MVP, and The Undertaker taking on Rey Mysterio.

WWE.com: Hello and welcome to another Weekly Interview. Every Thursday we will post a interview we done with a WWE Superstar or Diva. This week is the new Smackdown General Manager, Vickie Guerrero. Vickie, thanks for joining us tonight and well, our first question is why did you agree to be the Smackdown General Manager again?

Vickie Guerrero: Well, I was sitting home watching all these other people running Smackdown and I didn’t like where it was going. Then Ted Turner “canceled” his GM spot and that left a spot opened. Vince then called me wanting me to return as GM and I told him that I would be at Christmas Chaos to hear what he had to say. He then said that I would have complete control over Smackdown. I could do what I want when I want so I agreed to return.

WWE.com: Your first action was to make Christian defend his World Championship against your former husband, Edge in a TLC Match. Why did you make this brutal match with your ex-husband?

Vickie Guerrero: Well, I made this match for the WWE Universe. When I was last in charge of Smackdown, the fans hated me, I got booed out of more buildings than Bush did in office. I hated the fans booing me because I was always straight with how I ran Smackdown. When Vince asked me to return, I made myself a promise that I will do right by these fans and I knew the fans would love if this match took place which is why I made it.

WWE.com: No love for Edge?

Vickie Guerrero: Your right, I have no love for Edge. He cheated on me with that slut Alicia Fox and then he demanded in front of everyone that he wanted a divorce. Well the divorce is finalized and I am a free women. I don’t plan on making Edge have it rough here on Smackdown, but I wont be doing him any favors, that is for sure.

WWE.com: What else do you have plan for Smackdown?

Vickie Guerrero: I have big things planned for Smackdown. I will give you a glimpse of it now though for WWE.com only. I just talked to Vince Mcmahon last night and told him my great idea for not only Smackdown, but RAW as well. One week after the 2009 Royal Rumble, WWE will return live to NBC for another Saturday Night’s Main Event. This time, every WWE Championships will be on the line as it is called “Night of Champions”.

WWE.com: Wow, Night of Champions on NBC. That is big news!!!

Vickie Guerrero: I know right!!

WWE.com: Any last words you want to say to the WWE Universe?

Vickie Guerrero: Yeah, I want to say that I am happy to be back as Smackdown General Manager and that I promise the WWE Universe to do things different this time. This time is going to be a lot of fun. Stay tune for Smackdown.

Jack Swagger is now going to be participating in the Royal Rumble.... and she has also decreed that this week on RAW. I must team up with my long time rival Tommy Dreamer. Tommy you and I go way back to the ECW days, we both know eachother inside and out. Tommy for years you and I fought an epic battle of Love, Hate, and friendship.. But tonight Tommy we have to work together... and you better not get in my way. Tommy you dont want to tempt fate.....

Angel:As you all may know by now... For weeks now I have been a victim of a cruel campaign of SEXUAL HARRASSMENT at the hands of one Mickie James! Now Mickie I know that tonight I am sheduled for a Tag team match with me and my big boy Tyson Tomko facing you and some random dude.. And I am going to let you have that match. BUT after that match is over I am putting a restraining order on you making it illegal for you to come near me! But fear not my dear because it will be lifted in time for our match at Royal Rumble. I wouldnt miss the chance to mess up your smokin hot face... and of course by smokin i mean you look like you were in a fire haha! Mickie I am not going to play your little games with you. You are not in my league and at the Royal Rumble these.. these mind games Mickie, they are not going to get to me. I am the premier athlete in all of women's wrestling today, Angel WIlliams! And I will triumph over
you just like I have before, I do not fear any woman!

*Velvet Sky Chants*

Angel:Yes, that brings me to my next topic of discussion... I was watching Smackdown! this past week when an old friend of mine decided to issue a challenge to yours truly, Angel Williams for MY women's
championship.

**Break It Down**

Degeneration-X make their way out of the curtain as the lights in the arena cut out and lime green mixes in with the black. They walk out onto the ramp with green glow sticks in 'X' direction and then throw them into the crowd. The fans are going crazy as they enter into the ring. Triple H is handed a microphone by Michaels as HHH struggles to grab it. Michaels finally lets go and Triple H drops his head.

Triple H: Are you ready?

The fans cheer but Triple H shakes his head a bit in disappointment. HHH heads to the second rope as he screams the next line.

Triple H: No, no, no, I said ARE YOU READY!?

The fans jump out of their seats cheering much louder than before and it throws DX off a bit. Triple H drops his head down again.

Triple H: Then...for the thousands in attendance and the millions watching at home...and for the NWO because they just can't seem to understand that the Kliq has now disintegrated into Degeneration-X and we're ready, willing, and able to take their Unified Tag Team Titles. LLLLet's get ready to suck it!!!

The crowd is going nuts before Triple H hands the microphone to Michaels who waits as the fans finally quiet down.

Shawn Michaels: And if you're not down with that, we've got two words for ya...

Crowd: SUCK IT!

Michaels and Triple H smile after the historic line is said. Michaels gets ready to speak again but a loud “DX” chant stirs up.

Shawn Michaels: I told you all, I told the NWO, I told Stone Cold Steve Austin that I would have some back up and like always the Showstopper delivered. The King of Kings, The Cerebral Assassin, The Game, Triple H has come back to Raw to reform THE single, stand alone greatest group in professional wrestling history, Degeneration-X! Last Monday night worked out exactly like I had planned, we took out the NoW and now we have our shot at the Unified Tag Team Championships but that's not all. This Monday is a singles night for DX and the NWO. On Raw I've got a one on one Royal Rumble Qualifying Match against Rikishi and nothing against ya Kish but the Royal Rumble is the greatest opportunity in our business. It's a guaranteed slot in the main event at Wrestlemania and you all know as well as the NWO that Triple H and Shawn Michael's are pretty damn good in that match. Combined we've won the thing three times and in about a month chalk it up to four. A member of Degeneration-X is walking out the Royal Rumble guaranteed a title shot and before that we will be the Unified Tag Team Champions.

HBK hands the microphone to Triple H.

Triple H: Shawn's got a tough match this week against Rikishi and please Shawn whatever you do, do not get caught in this corner of the ring, or that one, or that one, or that one because if you do you're going to need some smelling salt and a few breath mints if you catch my drift. Enough of the jokes because quite frankly it won't be an easy road to accomplish all that we are setting out to but believe me we are a well oiled machine and nothing will stop us. While Shawn's taking care of Rikishi to get into the Rumble I'll be facing Chris Masters now Chris I get that you probably can't read and you probably can't count so I won't tell you my nicknames, The Game, the Cerebral Assassin, or I won't tell you how many times I have been World Champion. What I will tell you is that this Monday I will stop at nothing to get myself qualified for the Royal Rumble and as for our old buddies, Hall and Nash, we see you've been running roughshod through this show well that ends now. The first step in the taking back over of Raw for DX is taking those tag team championships and the second step in winning the Royal Rumble before finally fulfilling the third step and that is winning the WWE Championship.

Triple H drops the microphone before Michael's goes in front of him and does his stretching flex pose while Triple H throws his arms in the air with the fans going crazy.

**It's A New Day**

Cody Rhodes and United States Champion Ted Dibiase make their way out to the ring with their ring gear on sporting new 'Legacy' T-Shirts. They walk down the ramp to boos from the fans when Rhodes walks up to a fan with a sign that reads “Peep Section” Rhodes snatches the sign away from the fan and rips it up as Dibiase cracks a smile. Legacy enters into the ring and Rhodes is handed a microphone.

Cody Rhodes: Would you look at this, Ted? It seems that all of the people in this building tonight...are peeps. You know 'peeps' is such a misused word. While you think you are fans of Christian and call yourself peeps what you really are is sheep. You hang off of Christian's every word and think that he is going to be the one to show you all right from wrong, you think he'll always do right but you all are wrong! Christian is nothing but a liar, a cheat, and one of the most narcissistic people I have ever met in my life. It went from 'Yeah, Cody we'll go to the top together' to 'Sorry Cody, I've got a title defense tonight, catch ya later' I'm not a person you jerk around like a moron, I get that you people are more that type but not me. I am the son of the 'American Dream' Dusty Rhodes, I don't pay dues and now I've found the proper area to display my talents. Myself and Ted know what we were put on this earth to do and we further our Legacy this Friday night.

The fans echoing boos are seeming to begin to affect Legacy until Rhodes snaps out in rage.

Cody Rhodes: Shut up! Shut your mouths and listen to what I have to say! Last week didn't end as we planned but the only thing that truly mattered was that I got my spot in the Royal Rumble. After I get to the back following my match with Batista I hear that Vickie Guerrero has made a main event for next week on Smackdown and it's the match I have been wanting for longer than I can remember, it is me one on one with Christian. There's only one problem, Vickie feels that there is some reason to put Edge in as the special referee and I know how Edge operates. He's not going to call this one right down the middle, he's going to call it in the direction that benefits him the most. He wants Christian softened up as much as humanly possible and believe me when I say that's what I was planning on anyway. I'm not going into this match wanting to beat Christian down for Edge, I want to beat Christian down and take him out for me, for what Christian has done to me. A win over the World's Heavyweight Champion is going to mean so much for my career but with Edge calling the match as straight as a circle I find it hard to believe that my win this Friday is going to mean that much. Christian, all the pain you are about to feel will be nothing in comparison to your tea parties and pillow fights with Edge. I plan on taking you out and leaving my mark on this show and it all begins with you.

The crowd loudly boos Cody before he hands the microphone off to Ted who adjusts the United States Championship on his shoulder.

Ted Dibiase: While Cody's in the main event this week I've got an interesting United States Championship Division Match with former champion Chris Jericho. I can tell that Chris is chomping at the bit to get back at me but it isn't going to happen. I'm on to bigger and better things, Chris, you're just not in my league anymore. You're in the Rumble, Chris, that's great but please don't think for a second about a win over me possibly putting you back in contention because I will not allow it. This Legacy for me and Cody is more about championships and victories it's about leaving something behind a long time down the road when our careers are over. It's about making our mark on whatever and whoever we want. It doesn't matter if you're Chris Jericho, William Regal, or even the World Heavyweight Champion himself because we don't give a damn! We are the future of the this business, we are the Legacy.

**Just Close Your Eyes**

Legacy is about to leave the ring when the music of the World Heavyweight Champion hits and Christian walks out onto the stage. Christian is in jeans and a 'Christian' T-Shirt holding the World Heavyweight Championship on his shoulder. He cups his hand over his eyes looking out into the crowd before slapping his chest and pointing out to his peeps. Christian now walks down the ramp and enters the ring with Legacy. A 'Christian' chant breaks out while the World Champion stands in front of Legacy in awe of the fans.

Christian: Will you two please shut up! I mean seriously come on, I win the World Title, don't bother with you anymore so you go find a Kindergarten buddy and team up in spite of me. Did I mean that much to you? Are you that into me? Come on, Cody grow up it's the nature of the business, I didn't turn on you I dropped your talentless frame like a bad habit. The Legacy? You're making your mark, does it look like I give a damn? Last week was proof that the two of you aren't on my level, I am not the World Champion to be pushed around especially by you two who have accomplished essentially nothing. Ted, you've got that United States Title on a technicality, you beat Chris Jericho who we all know chokes at the biggest times in his career. And Cody, what exactly have you done? Rode my coattails for three weeks and I never have spoken to you since then until now, yeah that seems about right. This little crusade the two of you have contrived against me isn't something I'm afraid of, it's something I'm used to. You aren't the first to try and 'take me out' my own brother is on the same mission and so far he's failed, I'll be damned if anybody takes my title and my livelihood away from me. I want you two to hear something loud and clear, no distractions, no mistaking what I'm about to say. I'm not scared or nervous about this Friday's main event. As the World Heavyweight Champion I've been learning things every week, one lesson is you've got to pick your spots and know the situations. I know the situation this Friday is going to be damn near impossible, three on one with one of the three being the referee. Those aren't exactly Vegas like odds in my favor but I will persevere and I promise that I will walk out the winner and with my head held high over you, you, and Edge.

Christian drops the microphone to his side as the fans stir up the 'Christian' chant again. Christian soaks it in for a moment before Cody snatches the microphone from Dibiase.

Cody Rhodes: Stop it! Stop with your little ego mind games! Stop with thinking you're the best before you face me! And stop walking around with that smug smirk on your face! What you did to me was more than dropping me like a bad habit. You did the one thing you shouldn't have done and that is make me reach deep down inside myself and find that beast that is ready to come out and tear you apart. This Friday I'm gonna beat you with or without Edge and Dibiase's help and then I am going to win the Royal Rumble and pray that you beat Edge in TLC because I want to beat you for the World Heavyweight Championship more than anything else in the world. I will sacrifice everything I have to beat you for that title and I promise that you will regret the day you crossed me.

Christian: Is it me or do I need a restraining order against you because you're acting like a broken hearted Ex-girlfriend right now. I let out the beast? Wonderful, I can't wait for this Friday to beat the hell out of that beast. I've never condoned cruelty to animals but that beast of yours is asking for it. I won't forget what you did to me last week, I'll give you credit, you got me, great job but this Friday my back won't be turned. On Smackdown you will have my one hundred percent undivided attention and I swear that the result will be the same as Hell on top of the Cell, the same as last week on Smackdown when I walk out with yet another victory.

Christian drops the microphone and turns around to leave the ring when Cody brings his microphone to his mouth.

Cody Rhodes: No, you don't end this, I end this!

Dibiase goes to attack Christian who senses it coming and ducks before tackling Rhodes. Christian rains down right hands on his former protege before Dibiase pulls him off. Dibiase looks for the Dream Street but Christian fights out of it and hits an inverted DDT. Christian grabs Rhodes and looks for the Killswitch but Rhodes rolls out of the ring and pulls Dibiase out with him. Christian stares down Legacy as he holds up the World Heavyweight Championship and the camera fades out.

Matt Hardy: *Grabs the mic* You people have been nothing but disrespectful to ME! Since losing the X-division championship I been nothing short of myself. Now I realized what's been happening to me, I realized that I let YOU infested people detour me from reaching my goals. I eradicated what was left of my brother and did you all a favor and yet you don't appreciate that!

Crowd: WE WANT JEFF! Clap Clap Clap Clap Clap! We WANT JEFF! Clap Clap Clap Clap Clap!

Matt Hardy: JEFF HARDY IS DONE END OF! You all are just going to have to accept that the less skilled Hardy is gone from the WWE and will never ever come back here as long as I am around! Now as I was saying before I was so rudely interrupted! I have my sights set on bigger things and that is the Royal Rumble! I will secure a spot in the rumble and take the glorious victory and main event Wrestlemania! So Mark Henry I know we have a match maan and I know your probably listening and I can rest assure you I will get the 1..2..3!

*Crowd continues to boo Hardy out the building while Hardy taunts the crowd*

Chris Benoit: Randy Orton huh? *Benoit mocks Orton* It's been quite some time since we faced each other in that very ring. Since you got your nose in my business during my lil saga with Booker costing me the United States title I guess it's time for retribution meaning Orton that you will not get in the rumble. I won't show you any mercy Orton and we have quite a history and I haven't forgotten in 2004 where you took the one thing I truly loved in the business the World Heavyweight Championship! In 2006 you costed me the United States Championship! But you know Randy through all of that this match will feel just as good once I finally dispose of YOU! I can't wait to lock my patented crippler crossface and making you TAAAP OUT! Good luck Randy *slits throat sign* your certainly going too need it!
