I'm still a little unsure whether or not there will be legends in the game. There is the Legends of Wrestlemania game coming out, so one might have to believe the legends will be moved to that game and will be left out of SvR all together.

Legends of Wrestlemania game will have no effect on this game.
And Legends of Wrestlemania is just the name. It'll include bunch of good wrestlers/maineventers from present and the past (jobbers will not make the games).
