Re: **OFFICIAL WWE SmackDown! Vs Raw 2008 DISCUSSION THREAD** (56K Beware)
I really do hope Rey Mysterio isn't wearing white attire in the final product.
It's such a generic god damn attire. I have no clue why THQ would choose it. Plus, they already gave him that attire in SVR2006. I'd rather them keep him in the red outfit like he was sporting in SVR2007.
Seriously, any color. ANY. Would be better than white. Pink, blue, purple, yellow, green, you name it. Rey Mysterio's outfits are always bright and colorful in real life.

And edit his moveset cause it's not very good. Speaking of movesets, they all have to be more accurate, I mean a lot of wrestlers have moves they never do.

Quoted for great, great truth. Has to happen in SVR2008.
In SVR2007, I found myself editing literally I think everyone's moveset (excluding the divas), because I wanted them to be accurate. They weren't accurate at all on default.
Now, I don't think asking for accurate movesets is too much. Hell, in my opinion, it should be an absolute given. The wrestlers in the game should have the moves they do in real life.

I completly agree. The moves need to look like the the actual thing and be accurate

The moves are sometimes fillers though. Some wrestlers don't have many moves that they use, (I.E. Cena) so THQ and dem' put filler moves that they think the wrestlers would use. IMO, accuracy isn't really a big deal since I just care about gameplay. But, yeah they should be accurate. I'm just too lazy to change them.

Re: **OFFICIAL WWE SmackDown! Vs Raw 2008 DISCUSSION THREAD** (56K Beware)
I think that they really need to nail variety between superstars and with the new fighting styles concept they should achieve that. In '07, too many superstars played too similarly to each other and didn't have any great variety between each other.
Also, there needs to be many more moves included this year and the movesets also need to have more variety between each other, last year I found all of the move sets felt too similar to other superstars movesets as well.
I'm hoping we get more wrestlers to use on a show in WWE 24/7 mode. Having a roster of 20 people per show sucked, they should raise it to 25 at least. Also, I'm confused about that mode, is it going to play like season mode with some light GM mode elements or the other way round?

That's odd though, seeing as I'm able to change the moves to moves that they do actually do, or have done in the past.
The moves are there. The makers just don't feel like giving them to the wrestlers, for some reason.

Re: **OFFICIAL WWE SmackDown! Vs Raw 2008 DISCUSSION THREAD** (56K Beware)
I agree with you, Diesel. Any colour for Reys attire other then white would be the best thing. I use him not often, but I still use him. I want any attire other then White or Red and it will make me happy.
Ric Flair always has the same old Black or Red tights. Lets hope he gets an attire change even though I've rarely seen him wrestle in any other tights.
Divas? I don't care as much, but I hope Melina isn't wearing a stupid shirt and has an actual attire.
