What do I think about my match? I think I'm very happy with it! Finally, I don't have to fight against some Karate DUUDE or some Shark. I get a real challenge, I get the top wrestlers in the WWE. The top in RAW, Orton and the top in SmackDown, Punk. But the top in RAW or SmackDown doesn't mean the top of the WWE, because the they ain't nearly as good as the people on ECW. And the top on ECW is me, The Wrestling Machine, Kurt freakin' Angle! I'm the greatest athlete and wrestler in the WWE! And soon to become King of the WWE Ring! Everybody knows that when there is war...America always wins! And who is a bigger American then the American Hero, Kurt Angle? NO ONE! And you know what? This ain't a battle anymore. This ain't a match anymore. This is WAR! And America always wins war like I said! Is the Gold Medalist Right?

The reason I walked away your asking? ‘Cuz my partners weren’t worthy enough to have such greatness as their tag team partner. They don’t deserve to see the skills of Kenny Dykstra. The only time Kenny really shows off his skills is when he is in important matches. That’s why I won that 5 man match. Thats why at King of the Ring, I am going to beat your ass for the title.

Maria: Velvet, you may be able to beat guys. You’ve beaten Andy Kaufman, but look at him... How easy is that? If you can beat that... “man” then anyone can.

But Sabin, the last match I DID complete, I won the match and won a match with that title that won’t be around your waist anymore come this Sunday. Maria: Chris, Velvet, after tonight you two will both fall tonight. Chris Sabin, I will make sure, by all means neccessary, that my man is going to win the X-Divison Championship. Velvet, if you get in the way, I will have no trouble taking you out and no trouble, what so ever, to break your pretty little face open.

Kenny: And Chris, tonight, you will be broken. I will take that X-Division title from right out under your nose. By the end of the match, you will lie on that mat, a broken man. Goldberg's pyro goes off but no goldberg, the fans looks on in confusion.

The lights then go out and the countdown appear on the tron.

Jericho makes his way out on stage to a mixed reaction. Jericho with the title over his shoulder, looks out at the crowd with
a grin on his face and makes his way down to the ring.

Ohhhh, what were you people expecting your precious Goldberg to grace you with his presents!? No the ego maniac is off somewhere signing autographs. I find it quite Ironic that I'm facing Goldberg at King Of the ring, for my World heavyweight championship.... The irony in it is the fact that years ago I was told by this guy who wasn't in the business no more than a year... that I wasn't in his league, therefore there wasn't a need for this guy to face me. Imagine that, me being in this business for over 10 years at that time traveled the world over, Then to get a slap in the face by the flavor of the month saying I wasn't in his league. Look... now the tables have turned and the world will get to witness something I've known for years and that's You're the one who isn't in my league junior. Goldberg you say you came back to win the World title? I disagree, the real reason you came back was to line your pockets one more time and to feed that ego. Admit it Goldberg you adore the idiotic fans cheering you, you feed off of that. Well what will you do once the fans realize your imperfections when our match goes past 10 mins.... Oh wait...! did you think you were going to squash me!? in a matter of 3 mins, I don't think so ass clown. Goldberg I'm going to make you work, you're going to work the hardest you've ever worked in your entire career and in the end Jericho will be announced still as your World Heavyweight Champion. You see I have plans of saving this World title and I'm not about to let the likes of you ruin them. Yeah I wanted so bad to save theses fans, but its a tough job trying to save those who are brainwashed (crowd boo's) .... (Jericho looks around at points at the crowd) Yes I'm speaking on each one of you, you all are so use to mediocre matches that if Goldberg destroys me in 20 secs and Win my title, you'd all cheer... wouldn't you!? Well I suggest you all to bring your Kleenex and get ready to cry your eyes out because that wont be happening. If only to expose you as the fraud that you are, I'm willing to go out there and defend my World title against you Goldberg. When its all over the question wont be ... "WHO'S NEXT?" but "WHAT'S NEXT?" as in what's next for you, because I swear once the fans witness the sham better known as you in that ring with me, your wrestling career will be OVER! This match will go down as the highlight of your career and at the same time, ending you will be the highlight of mine.

(Jericho drops the mic and leaves)
