I just started playing my gamecube games on my wii lately, and put this in. I forgot what a good game this was. Fair enough the story mode was a bit meh, but the ladders were good, chair shots, table, good impact on commentary tables. Good roster also. What did you all think?

I used to love that game, Couldve been even better if there was a title match mode though. A downside to the game i hated how the KOTR was set up on that game.

Was a lot better than most of the reviews made it out to be, but I much prefer Day of Reckoning 2 for the cube.

I liked it. I played it a lot at my friend's house whenever I was there. Fun game. Can't remember it that well as I haven't played it in like, a year or more, but from what I remember it was pretty cool.

One thing that always attracted me to the Gamecube wrestling games, was the Hell In A Cell match. No different here on 19. I just love everything about it. The way you fall off, the way you fall through, the 4 stages to break, etc. Loved it.

I was playing that and then i played smackdown and its weird like, Benoits Germans are so much better animated than they are in the smackdown series and connections with moves.

BTW how do you get out of the cell

i forgot, old age right?

I'm pretty sure you just irish whip your opponent into any side like, 3 times, and he should fall out.

I like it that way. More challenging than just walking to the door in the Smackdown version, and just exiting, with little to no effort.

Another great thing is being able to throw people off the stage through tables!

Was day of reckoning 2 really that good then, what was so great?

DOR2 was awesome.

Really, they were just building what they had from previously. No 'huge' changes, the biggest change probably Season as it was actually, well, season, from what I remember. Anyway, some changes here, some changes there, roster tweaks, etc. I really like it for the updated roster, and I love the CAW system. They look pretty much like the real in game wrestlers do, and I love how the moves look. A lot of them look a lot more 'clean' so to say, than a lot of the moves in the Smackdown series. I'm pretty sure they also added a match which was new to the Gamecube series.

I'd highly recommend it, great wrestling game.

Hmm i might have to hunt it down, it will be cheap on preowned i guess. Really enjoying 19 atm though, i dont know why but its really refreshing from the smackdown series.

Well, if you enjoy 19, then you will certainly enjoy DOR2. I have actually only just recently completed season mode. I got it about 6 months ago for my Wii, but couldn't get past the Royal Rumble :P Finally did it about 4 days ago!
