I have finally managed to complete an ultimate save for SVR '07. In order for it to work you will have to buy a Max Drive, go to http://caws.ws or www.gamwfaqs.com to access game saves and have about a spare hour. Being the kind sir I am, I have uploaded 2 full guides and a link to the program you will need to get started.

So right now I currently have the following on 1 memory card (yes, 1 card!); all profiles have full attires with hacks, move hacks, hidden and unplayable characters and up to date titles.

PS: I did this for (PAL) Max Drive for the PS2 but the guide does list addresses for other devices. Also make sure you read Tutorial on copying Saved Profiles Doc before the Loading up Single Profiles Doc as this will explain things better.
