Wow... Check it out if you haven't already guys... Since I'm not allowed to advertise I won't put up a link. But this is actually a decent wrestling game for PC. The controls can be a bit awquard to start off with, but once you've mastered them this game has immense playability.
It features such matchtypes as Inferno, Cage, Tag and a whole load of elimination matches (Up to 8 man elimination). The game is still in its early stages of release so expect to see more from this game soon.
Grachically this game is amazing (for a free independent game) and the amount of features it includes are truly breathtaking...
One of this game's biggest strengths is the grapple system, I gave it a whirl earlier and found it quite innovative, it is very No Mercy esque as a tap of the S button will give you a weak grapple whereas a holding the S button will give you a strong grapple.
The reversal system takes a leaf out of Fire Pro's book... Try it for yourself and you'll see what I mean.
Search Homebrew Wrestling on Google and you will easily find it. It is only about 90mb but is a really solid game... The website I obtained the game from even contained licensed wrestlers that you can simply download and place into your directory... (So far I have Triple H, Bret Hart, Shawn Michaels, Austin, Kane and Undertaker but there are alot more)
Another cool feature of this game is that it allows you to modify your arena before you start a match (Well to a certain extent... it allows you to pick canvas colour/design, rope colour, apron design and spotlight colour) and actually contains alot of WWE presets (Every Wrestlemania up to 21)
The downloaded wrestlers in this game have around 7 or 8 different attires which I think is incredible!
But the best thing about this game, is that it is completely free! And I believe that once it catches on... It may just be the next big thing to follow on from No mercy (In terms of modding and playability)
I take no credit for this game whatsoever, I am simply passing on the word of how awesome it is.
Here's the trailer to demonstrate what I am talking about.
