I just downloaded my first scenario, the Monday Night Wars one. I have gone WCW.
So far I have made 1 stable which is pretty obvious, the nWo, only 3 members in it so far though, Hogan , Nash and Hall. I plan on them dominating for the good part of the year with Hogan and Nash winning the world title, Hall winning the US title and Nash & Hall winning the tag team titles. I might have Hogan drop the belt at Starrcade to a major face.
A few questions though : Why is it set Januray 1, 2008?
Why is modern day wrestlers there e.g. Cena/Batista?

Are you sure you put the entire load of data into your EWR file? Sometimes the dates are wrong that way or the scenario was just like that. (It would make things interesting anyway)

Yeah I put the entire load of data into the EWR file, I will download the 1997 scenario soon though so if the date is still 2008 for that then I must have done something wrong.

Champions so far:
WCW World Heavyweight : Hulk Hogan.
WCW United States: Scott Hall.
WCW Tag Team : Vacant, (Nash & Hall are going to win these at the upcoming PPV.)
WCW Hardcore: Norman Smiley, (Hopefully signing RVD and have him as the champion.)
WCW Womens': Torrie Wilson.
WCW Cruiserweight Tag Team : Vacant. (Tried to team Billy Kidman and Rey Mysterio up to win this but it wouldn't allow me as they are already a tag team )
WCW Cruiserweight: Hurricane.

Games on EWR start from the year on your computer.
So When you start a new game, it starts to the closest month of the year you are in, in real life.
So im guessing it started on February 2008?
If you want it to start from the year the scenario is from, change your date on your computer, to the year the scenario was on, and then start a new game.
When the database has loaded up just change your computers date back to 2008.

No it started 1st Jan 2008 TF, my first PPV is on a Tuesday as well, the night after Nitro
Mike Awesome is injured for 7 months so I might as well release him, I just signed AJ Styles so I'll build him up to be a big star.

set your computer clock back to December 1996 and start a new game and you will be in January first 1997.

I think he means he's downloaded the zip file but doesn't know how to unzip it into all the folders.

Ok I played a few months ago. Then I deleted everything(don't know why) and re-downloaded winzip two days ago. I try to download and it says it is not in an archive. How do I put it in an archive?
