Re: EWR/TEW Discussion Thread
That's why I keep playing 2005, other than not shelling out a bunch of money for an ok game. Don't really see a giant difference between 2013 and 2005 either.
Been playing as WCW just before they closed and here's what happened in a month so far.
Jimmy Hart is now the owner of WCW.
Eric Bischoff is now the owner of WWF.
Stephanie McMahon is the head booker of WWF.
WWF released Batista, Cena, Orton, Mark Henry, Lesnar and Team Angle, who I kindly signed to contracts.
Brought in Punk, Bryan, Joe, Cabana, Dutt, Shark Boy, RVD, Lynn, Bret Hart and Mr. Perfect.
Only a month in and so far all my shows have been A* with a Hart/Perfect feud, Goldberg/Steiner/Sting/Flair feud for Heavyweight title, Chavo vs Mysterio for the Cruiserweight, Lesnar vs Luger to build Lesnar up, and AJ Style vs Kid Romeo.
Scott Steiner: World Heavyweight
Rey Mysterio: Cruiserweight
Mike Awesome: United States
Nash and DPP: Tag Team
Still only Cult sized though. Need to improve in Europe and Mexico, but other than that I'm A and B+ popular in USA, UK, Canada and Japan. And my first PPV was a bomb, only getting a C-. Too many matches, not enough angles. :-(
And I want to do something with DDP and Booker T but have no idea what.
Who I mark/have marked for: Randy Savage, Roddy Piper, Razor Ramon, Bret Hart, Stone Cold, The Rock, Kurt Angle, Chris Jericho, Christian, Undertaker, Jeff Hardy, Eddie Guerrero, CM Punk, Daniel Bryan, Kevin Steen, El Generico, Eddie Edwards, William Regal, Road Dogg, Al Snow, Mankind, Terry Funk, Rob Van Dam, Bobby Roode, Sting, Arn Anderson, Kane, Val Venis, Jim Duggan, Ricky Steamboat, Tatanka.
