The WWE in my game does book some odd stuff though. They seem to be obsessed with having Ziggler & Swagger beat AJ & Kaitlyn on nearly every show, Trent Barretta has had an IC Title reign, and they've hired Delirious and he debuted by beating The Undertaker on Smackdown. Now THAT'S a super push.
Lol, Nash has dat workrate.

Ziggler and Swagger beat AJ and Kaitlyn? That sounds so wrong.

EDIT: Sry for double post.

Latest CZW show. Another fucking solid event. I took the EWR gamble of booking a tournament and it didn't go so well, but it was the Tournament of Death, so it had to be done.

Of course, sacrifices had to be made and Knox had to be bumped down to the pre-show for his World Title defence. Now that's credibility!

I had initially planned for Zack Sabre Jr to win the Tournament of Death (for probably a title shot at some point, although when the world title has about 20 image less than the TV title and the Junior Heavyweight title and is defended on the pre-show - it's not much of a prize). Kassius Ohno wasn't happy about jobbing to him though, which is fair enough as Kassius is 100 over, so I changed booking direction and had David Flair win it instead. Flair is going to be a huge star and is already a solid main eventer.

I also have another great addition to the roster to push (I say addition, he's been on the roster for about 5 months and has only been getting sadder and sadder because I've only just debuted him):

Possible main eventer right here. I salivate at the prospect of a Dr Cube v Amazing Darkstone feud, and I think the fans do too.

It blows my mind that you're not on the WWE Creative team. You need a resumé, just send them all the posts you've put up of your CZW shows.

I'm not too sure, I've recently got a bit carried away trying to sign someone...

"THE RUMOURS ARE TRUE, REY MYSTERIO HAS MADE THE JUMP"

But yeah, I got a bit carried away signing Mysterio. I didn't think he'd ever come to me so I thought "fuck it", cranked up the CZW fund-o-meter to $300,000 and offered him creative control. He accepted. Didn't see it coming.

You'd better believe that Rey is going to be ove...ed by me to an incredible extent. No jobbing to Knox for Rey. Not yet anyway...

I've done the same thing in a game as MLW in the original 2003 EWR, only I signed Kane to a 300 grand creative control contract Hutz

I didn't even want him, I was just messing around...

In my TEW game I've just completed my best rated show to date, the Northern Rebellion iPPV from Newcastle(ish).

The show was a bit confusing as four of the matches were quarter-final bouts in my tournament to crown the first FSW Euro Heavyweight Champion. I'm creating the new belt as now I have my TV show airing in Europe I'm planning to tour there shortly, with 1 of my 4 TV shows in the month being a special named "EuroClash", with the tournament concluding there. Yeah that's right, the tournament matches are on iPPV and the finals are on free TV. You gotta pop a rating somehow!

Those tournament bouts were McIntyre vs. Lashley, Magnus vs. Shamrock (which was their feud ender and was fought under pure wrestling rules), Batista vs. Jarrett and Angle vs. Flair.

Here's where it gets confusing - Angle vs. Flair was a Euro title tournament match and a match for Flair's UK Heavyweight Title. I didn't want Flair to drop the belt but I wanted Angle to advance so I had Angle win by DQ due to a Jarrett run-in (which made no sense as he's got no beef with either of them generally speaking). I had my WCW 2000 hat on for this iPPV

Show and Kane weren't pleased about having a double count-out against Primo and Epico but the match went quite well. They'll almost certainly be winning the belts at my next iPPV - Her Majesty's Fight Club - so they should have no complaints.

Finally the Nash & Hall / Briscoes feud that became a feud between Scott Hall and Jay Briscoe got scrapped after Jay shattered his knee after the very first match and would be out of action for about 15 months. I went all Bischoff '98 on the situation and instantly fired both Hall and the injured Jay. Mark Briscoe survives, but only as a jobber for the next 20 days until his contract runs out.

This, having the 2 in 1 match, and achieving both goals - Flair retaining the belt, but Angle advancing - is really, really smart. I can imagine that the "2 in 1" stipulation was a good hype-builder for the show.

Also, the "WCW 2000" thinking for the Jarrett run-in is hilarious. xD Could've had him just get caught using a weapon or something, but nope, this makes less sense, ie = better.

I just signed Sting to a £125,000 a week contract with 90k downside, creative control, promise of a main event title and 15% merch and PPV extras.

I did this purely for Wrestlemania against The Undertaker but Sting vs Triple H for the WWE title at SummerSlam has caught my attention.

So, thought I'd take one of N-Zone's ideas and let random.org decide a PPV and see what comes out. What you get is:

DR CUBE'S RANDOMHOUSE CHALLENGE

All match types/stipulations and competitors are randomly assigned. It was a pretty disappointing PPV, but not car crash terrible. I actually made record PPV revenue and I think the buy-rate was very high.

- It opened with a 5 v 5 Surivor match. Team Williams (Petey Williams, Mike Knox, Seth Rollins, The Nazi Destructor, and Beef Wellington) going over Team Flair (David Flair, The Amazing Darkstone, Dick Justice, Big E Langston, and Kenny Dykstra) to the tune of 2 stars (which is fucking generous as there is some atrocious talent in there). Big E Langston making his debut after months of waiting in the sidelines probably did not contribute to this rating. Mike Knox with the final pin of course.

- Then a standard 4 way match with Mahal obviously going over. 1.5 stars for that one. I blame Scotty 2 Hotty as his morale is awful.

- Then another 4 way match which was somehow better than the previous one. I don't know how. It had fucking Stacy Keibler in it and Shaggy 2 Dope from Insane Clown Posse in it. Both of them can't wrestle. Shaggy 2 Dope can a bit, but Keibler has no stats. Rollins really carried this match, and Scotty 2 Hotty should be ashamed of himself.

- Then another 4 way match - Robby Starr getting his second match of the night even though he's an unknown tag team jobber. 2 stars though, fair play to them all. Was tempted to have Dick Justice go over for the shock win, but Ambrose would have cried so I thought better of it. Morale in CZW is already poor and people leave almost daily, so let's not stir the pot.

- 3 way tag match. 2nd best match of the night, great team of Kash/Mysterio getting the W. Thought this could have been a better match but I only blame Kenny Dykstra. He's also a sad panda backstage and is probably on his way out. He was a pet project that failed spectacularly. I can't believe I thought to even put him in a feud with Mike Knox.

- Hold on a minute Mysterio, stay in the ring, you got another match to win! Match of the night and unbelievably Stacy Keibler's second match of the night. She was really contributing to the workrate. Should have made her eat the pin in hindsight but whatever.

- The only singles match of the night. Big E Langston vs Seth Rollins IRON MAN MATCH RULES. Fucking awful match, don't know how it didn't get a dud. If the game was more realistic people would probably be leaving by now - Big E Langston is terrible and this was Rollins' 4th match of the night.

- BIG TAG MAIN EVENT. Knox and Mahal putting their differences aside to fight the threat of Tommaso Ciampa (an opener) and number 1 gay heel Richie Steamboat. Knox gets the pin and the crowd go home confused but probably happy.

Thanks man, although you should definitely give the game a try, it gets very addictive. I find if you go a different company to WWE or TNA you have more fun building it up to a global power (or trying at least ). WWE and TNA are still good but going someone like CZW or PWG can be very fun. On the original 2003-set EWR game, I've got a save where I've made Major League Wrestling the biggest promotion in the world and I'm 10 years into the game, after doing about 700 shows. I've been working on it for about 3 years in real life aha.

In this TEW game WWE have just completed Hell in a Cell 2012, live from Skonto Hall in Latvia! The show featured Undertaker getting his win back over Delirious, Kevin Nash retaining the IC title against Mysterio for the third time, Del Rio beating Santino, Kelly Kelly and Layla in what must have been a messed up match, and FSW's own Batista beating Wade Barrett for the World Title.

Good on you WWE for pushing current and former FSW talent, good on you.
