Just recently got back into my 2 year WCW game, the scenario where Bischoff's company buys WCW. Going into October 2002's Halloween Havok and here is my card and a brief summary of how this came to be.

World title match:
Rhyno (c) vs. Chris Jericho
Special Ref: Hulk Hogan
At September's Fall Brawl Rhyno defeated champion Mark Jindrak and fellow challengers Chris Jericho and Steve Austin by botched interference on Hogan's part. Hogan was looking for revenge on Rhyno for Rhyno reforming the nWo, a creation Hogan says is his. Hall and Nash are with Rhyno and Hogan has vowed that he will end this nonsense once and for all by righting the wrong when he is the ref at Halloween Havok

TV title match:
O'Haire (c) vs. DDP
For month's Eric Bischoff and O'Haire have been tormenting DDP and for months DDP has been coming back for more. With Bischoff out of the picture as he is dealing with the nWo with hogan, can O'Haire do it by himself?

Number One Contender's match
Mark Jindrak vs. Sting
After losing his title that he held for 5 months, Jindrak was looking for anybody to blame. Sting took acception to this and told Jindrak if he wants another shot he's gotta wait in line. Sting talked about how for almost 2 years he's been on the outside looking in at the World title picture and how he's marking it right now, he's going to challenge either Jericho or Rhyno at War Games in November.

Steve Austin vs. RVD
Following what was thought to be a #1 contenders match for the WCW US title, Austin attacked RVD backstage teling him he has some unfinished business with him and Van Dam wouldn't get a title shot for any title as long as Austin was around. Pestered by Ric Flair, who hosts a show entitled "Talking to 'The Man'" Austin said it goes back to over 2 years ago when RVD is some third rate circus show company was getting all the attention. And then when he signed here last April he got a World title shot, a title he would hold onto for a year. he was handed the title, while Austin who came over to WCW in November last year wasn't given that same opportunity. He had to kick ass and take names, which was fine with him but he has a problem with RVD being handed everything.

Tag Team title match:
Perfect Event (c) vs. III Count
This isn't III count of old, this is a III count with an edge. For months they made Jarrett and Mark Calloway look like fools and at Fall Brawl they earned this match. Perfect Event (Palumbo and Stasiak) have been men possessed since ridding the WCW of arguably the greatest tag team of all time (The Road Warriors) and have sworn they will beat some puny punks from North Carolina with ease.

The Outsiders vs. The Crazies (Crowbar and lash LaRoux)
Their first match since coming back to WCW, and Hall and Nash have been signed for 2 months. Don't think they've been quiet though, they've just been biding their time and waiting for the right opportunity to strike. The Crazies have been dominating the tag division recently and, call them crazy, they requested this match which Hall and Nash were all but happy to agree too. Are Crowbar and LaRoux in over their heads or at hall and nash underesimating their opponents?

US Title match
Lance Storm (c) vs. Christian vs. Booker T vs. Great Big Show
Booker and Show have been feuding for months now with each man trading 2 PPV victories a piece. Lance Storm looks poised to finally make the jump to the main event scene and Christian just retired Chris Benoit. So it only made sense that these four men battle it out at Halloween Havok.

After being attacked by the nWo, who told Bischoff they have all the power, Bischoff has sworn to return at Halloween Havok and show his support to the Hulkster and his march to end this nonsense. Can Bischoff be trusted? It seems like we've seen this before somewhere...
That's a really good card, and I'm happy you've gone ahead and pushed the likes of Rhyno and O'Haire. I'm doing the same scenario and I thought I'd compare my Halloween Havoc 2002 to yours.

World Heavyweight Championship
Rob Van Dam vs. Sean O'Haire(c)
I've slowly pushed O'Haire from the beginning of my game, and with help from the Natural Born Thrillers; now only consisting of O'Haire, Brock Lesnar, and Ric Flair (after they forced out Palumbo, Jindrak, and Stasiak in search of creating the most complete force in wrestling history), beat Sting for the ultimate prize at Spring Stampede. 6 months on, and the Natural Born Thrillers are still in control, but with the ever impressive RVD on O'Haire's tail, the outcome is uncertain. Beating members of the Thrillers in different tag matches throughout the month, RVD is a favourite to finally end O'Haire's reign, but he is ultimately outnumbered and O'Haire won't go down without a fight.

Tag Team Championship
The Outsiders vs 3Live Kru vs The Submission Machine (c)
The Submission Machine comprised of Samoa Joe and Ken Shamrock have been dominant since they captured the gold from Lance Storm and Andrew Martin a few months ago whilst The Outsiders, reuniting for the first time in over a year are trying to prove to the world that they still are the top dogs. Meanwhile the 3Live Kru (BG James and Ron Killings) are determined to cause an upset over the top tag teams in the company.

Shawn Michaels vs Brock Lesnar
Since jumping ship to the WCW, Michaels has been banging heads with the Natural Born Thrillers. Constantly being outnumbered by the dominating stable, Michaels is determined to show Lesnar that he is wasting his career as Flair's lackey by taking him to the limit without the Thrillers present at ringside. Unwilling to shed his opinion on the matter, the silent monster has caused havoc since debuting at the beginning of 2002 but the icon, Shawn Michaels could be his biggest challenge yet.

United States Championship
Jeff Hardy vs Rey Misterio Jr (c)
A feud built on respect, these two wrestlers have taken each other to the limit every time they've met, and this match will be no different. Watching closely is Shelton Benjamin, a man who has recently been knocked off the top spot, and willing to take revenge on both Hardy and Misterio, who he blames for losing his belt in a triple threat at Fall Brawl.

Booker T and DDP vs Canada V2
Lance Storm has reverted back to his anti-USA gimmick and has picked up a partner in Andrew Martin, angry at the nation for his failure in capturing a top-tier title. Since losing their tag titles a few months back, their anger towards the country has become higher than ever and have tried to burn the USA flag on separate occasions. The two men stopping the act are Booker T and DDP, insulted and bewildered by Canada V2's actions. Eric Bischoff has made the stipulation that the losing team has to burn their own flag.

Mick Foley vs Ric Flair
Since RVD became the number 1 contender, Foley has backed his ex-ECW colleague in his battle with the Natural Born Thrillers. This brought out Flair's hatred for the "glorified stuntman" and the feud has become very personal in revealing who is the better of the two. They have brawled non-stop throughout the month of October and Bischoff wants the two to end their feud in a Last Man Standing Match.

Rellik vs Sting
A last minute addition to keep Sting on PPV and promote Johnny Stamboli's new gimmick. Rellik has joined forces with Raven to take out Sting, in a feud that had lasted a whole year.

Punk || Christian || Barrett || Bryan || Wyatt || Ambrose || Reigns || Rollins || Ryback || Goldust

Austin || Geurrero || Benoit || Foley || Savage || Jericho || Michaels || Sting || Raven || Piper

Re: EWR/TEW Discussion Thread

I'm doing a TNA 2010 one and WWE released Bret Hart...I signed him to a 210 thousand dollar open contract as a non-wrestler. That's the only way he would sign.

Re: EWR/TEW Discussion Thread

So I stopped using TEW '10 a couple of months ago because, as much as I enjoy it, it does take up an awful lot of time just to get from one Raw to the next.

How much more bare bones is EWR?

I do enjoy depth, but TEW frankly feels a little bloated. Can you still book actual storylines in EWR or is it just card after card? Do you still get show ratings? Does the community still support it with mods or has everybody moved on to TEW?

Re: EWR/TEW Discussion Thread

you can still have feuds and do angles, but not the same as a TEW storyline really. TEW took way too long though so I don't like it. it's still supported too. updates every month etc. the historical scenarios are kind of shit though. the stats are way fucked up.
