can you guys predict my Judgement Day 2006 Card? It started in January 2006, and I had Eddie be injured, instread of dead, because I love him. He returned at the Rumble, coming third (Cena won). If people predict and want me to post the show, (I'm writing for a diary on GDS) I will. I made the poster BTW, I'm pretty happs with it.
Judgement Day 2006
Eddie Guerrero Vs John Cena Vs Randy Orton Vs Triple H
Fatal Four Way, to decide the number one contender for the World Heavyweight Championship Since being seconds away from pinning Batista and winning the World title at Wrestlemania, Randy Orton has become obsessed with winning the World title for a second time. John Cena won the Royal Rumble, but failed to defeat the man who took the belt from him, Edge, leaving him hungry for a second reign at the top. Eddie Guerrero is also a one time champion, and since being the second to last man to be eliminated in the Royal Rumble, and defeating Shawn Michaels at Wrestlemania, he has felt entitled to another title shot. Triple H is the final man, and as he hungers for an 11th World title reign, he has run through such superstars as The Big Show, The Undertaker, Shelton Benjamin and Rob Van Dam. But who will want it the most and go on to challenge either Kurt Angle or Batista at Breaking Point?
Rey Mysterio Vs Shawn Michaels
Singles Match Shawn Michaels has been on a mission; to get his career back on track. Because of his feud with Vince McMahon, Shawn was given an ultimatum: Win the Royal Rumble, or be fired from RAW. Shawn was then forced to enter from the number one spot, and he was in the final four, before being eliminated by Eddie Guerrero. He then sank into a deep depression, and gave his farewell speech the following night. However, four weeks later, Shawn costed Eddie a shot at the World title, revealing he was now on Smackdown! He then lost to Eddie at Wrestlemania. Shawn decided he would once again rise tot he top of the WWE, and formed an alliance with Chris Jericho dubbed 'Y2K'. Shawn & Jericho then lost to the team of Mysterio & Guerrero, leading to a post match attack, where they concentrated on Mysterio. Kane made the save, leading to Jericho & HBK challenging Kane and Mysterio, respectively.
Chris Jericho Vs Kane
Singles Match Both Jericho & Kane have had a good year, kind of. Kane held the World Tag titles with the Big Show, but after Kane was drafted to Smackdown! It caused arguments between the pair leading up to Backlash, where mis-communications caused them to lose the titles to Carlito and Chris Masters. Jericho, on the other hand, returned on the January 6th 2006 episode of Smackdown! He went on to challenge Batista at the Royal Rumble, but failed. He then lost the Triple Threat number on contenders match at No Way Out, then lost to Rey Mysterio at Wrestlemania. Since his return, he hasn't won a PPV match, will this be a momentum changer for Jericho or Kane?
John Bradshaw Layfield Vs Rob Van Dam
Singles Match Both Rob Van Dam and John Bradshaw Layfield lost their respective matches at Backlash. On the next edition of Smackdown, JBL complained about his loss, and RVD told him to move on and find his next challenge, so JBL attacked him! This has caused a lot of Bad Blood between the two, and fan faviroute RVD wants to get a measure of revenge.
Bonus Questions:
Which will be the longest match?
Which will be match of the night?
Was it Edge who attacked Ric Flair?
How Many Titles, if any, will change hands?
Any surprise appearences/returns?

Bonus Questions:
Which will be the longest match? Fatal four way match.
Which will be match of the night? Mysterio / Michaels or Christian / Benoit.
Was it Edge who attacked Ric Flair? No. Shelton, perhaps?
How Many Titles, if any, will change hands? 1, the US title. Nothing big ever happens at Judgement Day, it's just that time of year.
Any surprise appearences/returns? Couldn't possibly say without reading the whole diary.
Voted for Guerrero because I reckon Cena / Batista would be absolute fucking money at this point. Way way way too good to waste on a relatively throwaway June PPV. That's gotta be saved for one of the big 4.
Batista to retain simply out of preference, because I hate to see such a long and prestigious title reign end in a more or less arbitrary match without some huge blood-feud to make it seem worthwhile.
And Edge to win because Shelton Benjamin was nowhere near ready for a title run in early 2006. I'm thinking he's revealed as Flair's attacker, then give him a go as a top heel? Maybe put a title on him later in the year.
And Christian to do Benoit because no way should Chris Benoit be getting a MITB shot, the guy just didn't need that at this point, whereas Christian desperately would have done. The rest of my guesses were pretty much arbitrary.
Great looking game, btw, I always like it when people play properly and actually bother to think about what they're doing and get a bit creative with their game. Coming up with actual storylines for whatever you're booking has always seemed like the primary source of fun in these games to me.
Little update on my newest game. Been playing with the EWR May 2011 update, currently in September and about to book a new PPV called New Dawn. The concept being every match will see a veteran against an up and coming star.
Here is the card and a brief history at what started this match
The Miz (c) vs. Chris Masters
For the WWE Title
After being endorsed by WWE Legend Kevin Nash who retired following defeat at SummerSlam, Masters won a 16 man up and comers tournament in the weeks after SummerSlam, the WWE champion, The Miz, coming off the biggest victory in his career at SummerSlam by defeating The Rock watched with much interest as Masters defeated Jack Swagger in round 1, R-Truth in round 2 and Dolph Zigger, who after round one had a bye all the way to the finals.
On the last Raw before New Dawn The Miz showed Masters why he is the champion and Masters is just on the verge of being a big time player on RAW by smashing the WWE title repeatedly into Masters face to close out the show.
Ted DiBiase vs. Cody Rhodes vs. Money in the Bank Champion William Regal
For the Vacant World Title
Originally slated to be Ted and Cody against World champion Christian, two weeks ago on Smackdown plans were changed. Christian was shown leaving the building when Million $ Corporation (DiBiase, Brodus Clay and Tyson kid) attacked him in the hallway and shoved him in the trunk of their limo and nobody has seen him since. Not liking what he was seeing the winner of the Smackdown Money in the Bank opened up the next Smackdown by turning face and declaring himself into the Smackdown main event Sunday. The show closed out with all three staring each other down and saying they would be walking away with their first title Sunday.
All three took different roads to get where they are, Rhodes defeated Sheamus, Justin Gabriel and Kane to earn his shot against Christian, DiBiase paid off the WWE Board of Directors with his money and Regal cashed in on a dream and looks to take the final step to making it a reality.
John Cena/John Morrison/Rey Mysterio/Big Show vs. CM Punk/Mason Ryan/Michael McGillicutty/Skip Sheffield War Games Returns!
Cena has endured many months of torment from The New Nexus, led by CM Punk, ranging from calling him fake, a poser, calling him a thief due to the fact they feel he robs the little kids parents by figuratively holding them at gun point to buy any new John Cena item and by stealing the main event spots from other men like Punk and his followers.
Even though it was billed at the "Up and Comers Tournament" Punk and Cena found themselves against each other in the first round with Cena winning and defeating Mason Ryan in the second round but following the match he was beaten so severely by The New Nexus he had to forfeit his third round match to Ziggler, who advanced past round two after Del Rio and Triple H went to a Double DQ.
Having seen enough of this 3 superstars who's hard work and determination helped them get where they are stepped up for Cena and what he stands for. At New Dawn War Games returns as these 2 teams face off in one of the most brutal matches known in the WWE Universe.
Triple H/The Rock vs. Alberto Del Rio/Dolph Ziggler
Triple H and Del Rio have been going at it for the last few months, trading victories at Over the Limit with Triple H winning, the Del Rio winning at Capitol Punishment and SummerSlam with help from Ziggler. The next night Del Rio and Ziggler challenged HHH to find a tag partner for the 18th of September, one week later The Rock interrupted the marriage proposal of Dolph to Vickie by airing videos of Maryse and Dolph just moments before the proposal. Embarrassed Vickie has fled the WWE and Ziggler has sworn that Rock will pay for ruining the best thing in his life.
Maryse and Ziggler however have grown even closer in the absence of Vickie and it's not too far off to say that she may try to help out Alberto and Dolph.
Kofi Kingston (c) vs. R-Truth vs. Zack Ryder vs. Mystery Opponent
Kofi puts everything on the line as the US title and his Money in the Bank titles are both on the line in 2 separate matches
This match sees 3 men and an unnamed opponent all vying for two things, which are owned by one man! In order to get them the 4 men will first compete in an elimination 4 way match with the first one eliminated gone from the second match and his chance to capture the Money in the Bank contract while the remaining 3 will compete in a ladder match for the contract.
R-Truth and Kofi Kingston have had a heated rivalry going since Kofi "stole" the win from Truth at Money in the Bank and has been chasing after the MITB contract since. After defeating Kingston for the US title Truth challenged him to a "Winner Takes All" match at SummerSlam, his US title against Kofi's Money in the Bank contract. Kevin Nash interrupted and said he would put his career on the line and entered himself in the match. When the dust settled Kofi stood the lone survivor and regained his US title. This is the final battle and Truths final chance to capture the briefcase.
Ryder looks to bring home more gold as he and Hawkins already carry the WWE tag team titles, and after a strong showing in the Up and Comers tournament the RAW GM entered him into this match.
The wildcard in all this is the mystery man, all we know is that he is a former US and IC champion and says he's the coolest Superstar ever.
Michael Tarver and Darren Young vs. Demolition
Tarver and Young look to cement themselves as a solid tag team. They've run through the WWE tag division and look at these 2 legends as the final step to getting that tag title shot. Demolition enters this match as the aged veterans but look to show the younger stars they can still go with the best of them.
Does Demolition have what it takes to take out these 2 men or are these two men too much for such a seasoned team?
Heath Slater vs. Randy Orton
Heath Slater was on an impressive streak of wins...until he said the wrong thing to the wrong person. An RKO ended it all, the 10 fight win streak, his chance to take on former Corre member Justin Gabriel for the IC title, and any confidence he gained. He blames it all on Orton and says this Sunday at New Dawn Orton will find out first hand that Slater has only hit a speed bump and after taking out Orton he's challenging the winner of the Smackdown main event to a title shot next month at Hell in a Cell.
Kane vs. Tyson Kidd
One month after having his face beaten in by Cody Rhodes and having to redawn the infamous mask Kane steps up to the plate against Tyson Kidd. Kidd, who has been a pain the Kane's ass for the last month gets his wish. He was chosen by Million $ Corporation leader Ted DiBiase to take on Kane and was given $10,000 to take him on. Win lose or draw.
This isn't the same Kane we've seen in the past, now hooked up with The Sinister Minister James Mitchell, Kane has been on an impressive tear since regaining his mask and hasn't been pinned since the beginning of August just before he was taken out. Tyson Kidd hasn't backed down from a challenge and sees this as just another road block on his way to the top.
No matter how you look at this, a revitalized Kane against anybody isn't good for his opponent.
So predictions are greatly appreciated and results will be up within the next day.
