I've just started a WWE 2004 game which I'm loving, so I think I may just try and make this one run for as long as I can before I get bored.

Trust me, a few weeks of sporadically playing any TEW game and you'll get the knack. It's just about learning some of the shortcuts (i.e. using unchained storylines as opposed to existing storylines which can take ages off booking your shows, how to use road agent notes to get the results you want, etc.).
I guess I'll start off by downloading iDOM 2010 for it. The last iDOM for EWR was great, a lot of fun. Maybe learning with that scenario will take away from the depth since everything doesn't have to be too realistic.

Re: EWR/TEW Discussion Thread

How do you change a picture pack in TEW2010? the FAQ on the TEW forum does not help at all

EDIT: nevermind, just dumped them all in the default folder.

Lol. When you pick your database, go to Editor > Database Info and then change the Picture Folder.

My bad, I missed a step lol. Hit the "Edit Database" button, then the "Database Information" button will be in the top row.

EWR is the first version of the game that came out. TEW is updated version with tons more content but EWR can be updated with recent stats. Personally I still play EWR over TEW.

How do you mean? Multiplayer? If you don't both have access to the same computer then you have to email the save game back and forth each time one of you takes a turn. Takes aaaaaaages.
