You sir, are creative. That's a lot of matches for one show though, I guess your promotion is really for the pure wrestling fans, no bs around it.

--

My long-term goals for my new WWE game;

- Revive the tag team division, so not just two tag teams on RAW available to wrestle for the tag titles but at least 4. One of the first new ones will be DiBiase & Ryder as the Million Dollar Corporation.

- Reactivate the Cruiserweight Title on Smackdown! and make it a credible belt.

- Make at least one new big star before the next WrestleMania. Haven't really decided who though, it kind of depends on who I want to headline 'Mania by that time (probably Orton as a face).

- Keep the Women's division active (inspired by Bambikiller). I usually just fire all of them but I want to keep it semi-realistic. Probably going with a Phoenix/Kong feud in the first few months.

Finally got a 2nd show, named it WWE: Annihilation. Which is basically my version of Heat.

As it was the premier show.

I had
Douglas Williams -vs- Desmond Wolfe =vs= William Regal for the reinstated European Title. (They've been feuding for a while, to determine who the greatest Brit is).

The Beautiful Poison -vs- Beth Phoenix, Natalya and Gail Kim.
(Poison have been picking off the women one by one. Now it's their time to hit back.. together)

Big Show -vs- Samoa Joe and I'm not sure what the final match will be... But just doing some backatsge angles atm.

So yeah back on point, some do know him, so don't. I think you will get that with any wrestler however.

And hey CBRSP, yeah I love women's wrestling, not the variety of which is shown recently, but that of actual talent, and not model, barbie clones. Nothing worse to me than watching Kelly Kelly and the Bellas, butcher the art of wrestling.
I think Jarrett was actually slated for a world title run in the WWE a number of years ago, but it never came to fruition due to politics or something like that. I think it might have been Steve Austin who prevented it from happening. I don't know, I could be thinking of something else entirely, but I'm just saying. I still agree with you though, I'm just saying that Jarrett was pretty popular back when he was in the WWF. Obviously not as popular as Bret Hart, but he was still over nonetheless.

Haha thanks, I was waiting for a TV show until introducing storylines, which just as of now I have. So debuting in September 2010 (In-Game) Live on Friday Night's Pro Wrestling EDGE presents Defiance on Showdown. The league has finally finished with the last show featuring a three-way decision match;

Pro Wrestling EDGE
presents
Defiance Tour 2010: FINALE

1. Exhibition Match: The Great Sasuke and Elix Skipper defeated Jado and Gedo at 14:31 via pinfall following a Tiger Suplex from Sasuke on Gedo

2. Pro Wrestling EDGE Women's Division Rankings Match: Amazing Kong defeated Lufisto, Etsuki Mita and Cheerleader Mellisa at 12:55 via pinfall following an Awesome Bomb from Kong on LuFisto

3. Exhibition Match: Jimmy Yang and The Briscoe Brothers defeated CIMA and Speed Muscle at 16:02 via pinfall following a springboard doomsday device from the Briscoes on Doi

4. Special Challenge Match: KENTA defeated TAKA Michinoku at 21:40 via pinfall following a Go 2 Sleep

5. Proving Grounds Match: Masahiro Chono defeated Rocky Romero at 17:38 via pinfall following a Shining Black

6. Pro Wresting EDGE World Heavyweight Championship League - Block B: Charlie Haas [2] defeated Carlos Colon Jr [2]. at 26:20 via submission following a Haas of Pain

7. Chris Sabin Debut Challenge: Chris Sabin defeated Alex Shelley and Homicide at 27:33 via pinfall following a Future Shock on Homicide

8. Exhbition Match: Sheton Benjamin defeated Austin Aries at 31:03 via pinfall following a T-Bone Suplex

9. Pro Wresting EDGE World Heavyweight Championship League - Block A 2nd Place Decision Match: Christopher Daniels [4] defeated Lance Storm [4] and Bryan Danielson [4] at 47:01 via pinfall, with Lance Storm being eliminated first followed by Bryan Danielson.

The league was amazing, I let the computer generate the winners. Both Masahiro Chono and Shelton Benjamin dominated their respective groups, with a total of 8 point. Alex Shelley came second in Block A with 6 points. At first both Daniels and Storm started off really well, whilst Danielson was on a losing streak. Then suddenly at the end, Danielson pulled out two victories, one over Austin Aries who was doing awful. And a huge win over Lance Storm. This left all three men level with four points, so a three way elimination decision match was made. Unfortunately both Homicide and Austin Aries never won a point. Here are the final standings.

Block A:

Masahiro Chono (NJPW) [8]
Alex Shelley (TNA) [6]
Carlito Colon Jr. (WWC) [2]
Charlie Haas (FREE) [2]
Homicide (JAPW) [0]

Block B:

Shelton Benjamin (FREE) [8]
Christopher Daniels (ROH) [4] D
Bryan Danielson (FREE) [4]
Lance Storm (FREE) [4]
Austin Aries (ROH) [0]

Their were some incredible matches throughout the tournemtn;

Also throughout the tour; eight junior heavyweights quaified for the one-night tournement live on PPV. The matches for the quarter finals of this tournment are as follows;

KENTA (NOAH) vs. TAKA Michinoku (K-Dojo)
Jimmy Yang (AJPW) vs. The Great Sasuke (M-PRO)
Rocky Romero (AAA) vs. ???
CIMA (DG) vs. Terry Gordy Jr. (WLW)

Rocky Romero was originally scheduled to wrestle Taiji Ishimori; who then suffered a torn ACL at a Pro Wrestling NOAH event. I then put him through surgery but the surgery was botched and his original recovery time went from 5 Months and 3 Weeks to 60 Months. This is a huge blow to EDGE.

It was then also reealed that over in NJPW, Masahiro Chono's luck continued as he has just won the G1 Climax 2010; defeating Chosyu, Iizuka and then Tenzan.

I then followed with the PPV, here are the results

Jarrett on the other hand is literally never mentioned on WWE television and rarely shown on DVD's. Hart's name never died out of the WWE while Jarrett's did a long time ago. Just my opinion on the matter though.
Well that's a good point actually, the screwjob has raised Bret's popularity even while he's been sitting in Canada. But Jarrett has been wrestling and promoting all be it in a smaller promotion...I don't know I guess you're right.

Default Re: EWR/TEW Discussion Thread

Update of my game, Post-Starracade (which scored a A*)

WCW World Heavyweight: Kurt Angle

WCW United States Champion: Eddie Guerrero

WCW Tag Team Champions: TNT (Scott Steiner/DDP)

*Cruiserweight has been retired*

Stables:
Forever Young: Kurt Angle, Kevin Nash, Scott Steiner, Diamond Dallas Paige
Misfits in Action: Booker T, Chris Kanyon
Special Enforcement Agency: Jeff Jarrett, Bryan Clark, Brian Adams, Eric Bischoff, Don Harris, Ron Harris

Starrcade Major Matches:
WCW Heavyweight Championship:
Chris Jericho (c) vs Kurt Angle
Story: Kurt Angle beat Chris Jericho in a long match that eventually left Jericho with not enough energy to kick out of the ankle lock. After the match Kurt celebrated with Forever Young declaring WCW to be in a state of renewal. He also stated that he will be recruiting new members and people should expect Forever Young to become a force to be reckoned with in months to come.

WCW United States Championship:
Berlyn (c) vs Eddie Guerrero
Story: Eddie stole the title from Berlyn. After the match Berlyn shook Eddie's hand and raised it with him to mark that Eddie had done a fantastic job. After the celebration however Forever Young's music hit and they all came down to attack Eddie. Berlyn stood and watched while the group dismantled him not helping or joining it. Speculation is that Berlyn may be joining Forever Young, but this is not known yet. Apparently later in the night however Jericho was seen talking to Berlyn, Eddie and Hogan about a possible alliance...more details to come.

WCW World Tag Team Titles:
TNT (c) vs The Front Line
Story: In a surprising and disappointing finish TNT retained the titles. After the match Booker was furious at Kanyon and ended up pushing him causing a mini-brawl to erupt between the to. Word is that Kanyon will be addressing the fans on Nitro tomorrow and that the subject will be Booker T.

Steel Cage Match:
Goldberg vs Jeff Jarrett
Story: Jarrett ended up winning due to interference from Don and Ron Harris however after the match KroniK stormed the ring and ended up defending Goldberg. As Goldberg rose Kronik and him looked at each other for a moment and then stared back at Don/Ron and Jeff in disgust. What will happen now that Kronik has chosen Goldberg? No one knows but it's expected that this fued will continue.

Street Fight:
Eric Bischoff vs Ric Flair
Story: In a "match" that ended up being a brawl Flair locked in the figure four and got Bischoff to tap out ending his run as the Authority Figure of Nitro. However, after the match Flair did say he had a very important announcement to make. He announced that Bischoff will now be Flair's assistant, and if he refuses...HE'S FIRED!

I Quit Match:
Kevin Nash vs Scott Hall
Story: In a match that Hall should have won, he was not able to overcome the odds as interferences by DDP/Steiner ended up costing Hall the match. As Forever Young continued to beat down on Hall, Hogan's music hit and he raced to the ring to save Hall! Will a new alliance begin or is Hogan just trying to continue to end Forever Young!

Yeah I enjoy japanese women's wrestling. But America has some great talent, most has gone to waste which to me is a great shame. It's why I push my womens division. And usually it main events my second show.

I've only ever had one injury on TEW and that was Mickie James out with a knee injury for 160 days I think. EWR on the other hand, I was always getting guys injured.
