WWE '13 is probably the best one ever created due to the amount of options and content. But it just doesn't have the nostalgic feel of SmackDown: Here Comes the Pain. The speed of that game, the menu music, the moves. Everything was perfect.
Honorable mention: No Mercy for the N64. Not that I play it legally, of course. Emulators for me. Thug life.
The worst IMO was Raw is War and Raw 2 for the Xbox- take your pick. Both were the Xbox version of the Playstation-based SmackDown games and tried to ape off their success but failed miserably. The gameplay was shit. The audio was horrific. WWE/F tried 3 Xbox-exclusive titles and each on of them tanked.
Honorable mention: WWF In Your House. Much like the PPVs from around the time that game came out (1996), I still have nightmares of what I saw on that screen back then as a 17 year old.

Definitely No Mercy. Still play it, tonight I even played both the ECW and WWF Legends version. Gameplay never gets old. If anything, the mods have improved it as well.
Think WCW/NWO Revenge and Wrestlemania 2000 come under the same umbrella so they're a close second. Revenge was the first WCW thing I'd seen since 1992, so it was my first time seeing guys like Rey Mysterio, Ultimo Dragon and Crow Sting. As an impressionable 10, 11 year old, that was fantastic.
Also enjoyed Smackdown: Shut Your Mouth and Here Comes The Pain. Mostly for the age I was they came out, huge into anything WWE at the time.
Worst, probably the WCW Playstation games. Mayhem and Thunder especially. They used to blister my fingers. Going from Revenge to the highlight being a cheat that made the wrestlers barn dance... Awful.
My favorite: Wrestlemania. Only because I played it the most.
Least favorite: WWE crush hour. My little brother had it.
Also I know you said WWE but TNA Impact was awful.
I'm sickened by all religions. Religion has divided people. I don't think there's any difference between the pope wearing a large hat and parading around with a smoking purse and an African painting his face white and praying to a rock.
