Welcome to the Kappa Auction Draft's Round of 16 Match 5 between Flay aka "Yoda" and obby. The rules for voting are simple - if you issue a vote, you must leave a sentence or two justifying your decision. If you do not do that, the vote doesn't count. This prevents some spam voting or begging for votes from friends around the forum, as it lends some reasoning behind the voting. Thanks in advance for cooperating!
No Holds Barred Match
Brock Lesnar w/Paul Heyman (c) (2014) vs Bobby Lashley (c) (2014)
VS.
Brock Lesnar and Bobby Lashley are not only the most legitimate wrestlers in their respective companies, but they are also the top champions of their respective companies. Tonight, they go war to try and claim ultimate pro wrestling supremacy by unifying the top prizes in the wrestling business in the WWE World Heavyweight Championship and the TNA World Heavyweight Championship in a match that is NO HOLDS BARRED. No bullshit involved, this main event is just truly a can't miss as you will not see a more physical, brutal, intense match anywhere else.
IWGP Heavyweight Championship
Singles Match
AJ Styles (c) (2014) vs Samoa Joe (2005)
VS.
AJ Styles and Samoa Joe have a long and storied history. Both made their mark in TNA and have faced off many times with Joe getting the majority of the victories. After leaving TNA, both took very different paths with AJ shaking up things in NJPW and arguably being more successful than Joe while he does the grind in NXT. AJ has no problem rubbing this fact in Joe's face while Joe reminds him that he is ahead of AJ in victories against each other so STAT FM decided to book this match for them to settle it once and for all. With AJ being in the best shape of his life in NJPW and the IWGP Heavyweight Champion and Joe getting back to the prime shape he was in 2005, this co-main event for the IWGP Heavyweight Championship is set to be a classic and a probable Match of the Night.
WWE Tag Team and TNA World Tag Team Championship Unification
Tag Team Match
The Usos (Jimmy and Jey) (c) (2014) vs Bad Influence (Christopher Daniels and Kazarian) (c) (2012)
VS.
Both The Usos and Bad Influence are the undisputed best tag teams that their companies had to offer. However, Bad Influence aren't taking too kindly to The Usos having any claim to being the tag team kings so they dressed up as them and mocked them by doing a faux-haka on an episode of TNA Impact last week. The Usos called STAT Promotions and requested we make this match to which we responded that they should also put their tag team belts on the line. They obliged and we made the offer to Bad Influence who also obliged and were excited for unifying their belts with The Usos' and doing the haka over Jimmy and Jey's unconscious bodies. Will The Usos prevail over the mocking villains? Or will the disrespect of Bad Influence prove to be effective?
Cowboy vs Cowboy
Singles Match
JBL (2004) vs James Storm (2011)
VS.
JBL sees much of his old self in James Storm in that Storm is a rowdy cowboy who loves to drink beer. However that is all JBL sees. He doesn't see the intelligence or the business sense that he has in young Storm. Storm resents this and has challenged him to a match so he can beat JBL's ass. JBL accepts this challenge by pulling an empty beer bottle out of nowhere and smashing it on James Storm's head and rubbing some hand lotion on err...his hand afterwards. Expect dirty tactics and grit from this match and both competitors to feel like they have a hangover when the match is finished.
LUCHA! LUCHA! LUCHA!
Singles Match
Suicide (2009) vs Pentagon Jr. (2015)
VS.
In the main card opener of A Dash of Violence, there will be high flying action known as LUCHA!. Sucide, the luchador who was originally a video game and later TNA X Division Champion test his skill against Pentagon Jr., a Lucha Underground mainstay who embodies the name of this event by having CERO MIEDO. Get your ass back from intermission quick because you will probably miss something great happening if you don't.
I Quit Inside a Steel Cage Match
Tully Blanchard (c) (1985) vs Magnum TA (1985)
VS.
At Starrcade 85' the culmination of the feud between Tully Blanchard and Magnum TA came to fruition in what was a brutal bloodfest filled with raw violence mixed with a little scientific wrestling. STAT FM Promotions is proud to bring you the rematch of that battle as the main event of our undercard.
ROH World Championship
Singles Match
Nigel McGuinness (c) (2008) vs Chris Masters (2005)
VS.
Nigel McGuinness was the man in ROH. When he was ROH World Champion he had beaten many of elite foe, some who are now in WWE and are successful like former WWE World Heavyweight Champions, Daniel Bryan and Seth Rollins. However he has never made it to the big leagues himself. Chris Masters barked up the wrong tree with this and told him that he's not missing out on much to which Nigel responded with digs at Masters for failing to make it big because of his Wellness Policy violations. As you can imagine, things got heated and Manager Flay had to step in and calm the two down so a match could be made. To add extra incentive to winning, Nigel's ROH World Championship will be on the line.
NXT Grudge Clash
Knife Fight
Baron Corbin (2015) vs Bill Demott (2015)
VS.
Bill Demott had terrorized numerous developmental talent in DSW, FCW and NXT for years before his resignation. It seems as if karma didn't get him before he left WWE. However we offered him money to come on our show and face an NXT wrestler of everyone in developmental's choice. Bill accepted and everyone chose Baron Corbin to deal with Bill since he was a boxer back in the day and he just looks like a scary dude. Oh and we didn't tell Bill that he was going to take part in a KNIFE FIGHT. Sorrynotsorry Bill.
World Cup 2006 Rematch
Tag Team Match
La Resistance (Rene Dupree and Sylvain Grenier) w/Robert Conway (2003) vs The Full Blooded Italians (Nunzio and Johnny Stamboli) (2003)
VS.
Nunzio found Rene Dupree's dog Fifi backstage and didn't know it was Rene's. Nunzio picked him up and brought him to Johnny Stamboli who suggested that they sell him. Nunzio wanted to keep him and do fun activities with Fifi so Johnny relented. However, when they went for a walk in the dog park, La Resistance was there eating baguettes and saw FBI with their dog. They were about to have it out right there and then but STAT FM Manager Flay calmed them down and suggested they have a match at his event where they can all get paid. Things got extra heated when Nunzio wouldn't give back Fifi and La Resistance revealed that they had killed Chuck Palumbo 6 months earlier. A contract was signed so that all the violence that they would inflict on each other (within the confines of a normal wrestling match, lel) would exclusively be hosted by STAT FM. Yes, Nunzio had to give back the dog. Shame about Chuck Palumbo tho.
Battle of the Crazies
Tag Team Match
Al Snow (1998) and Victoria (2002) w/Head vs R-Truth (2011) and Alicia Fox (2014) w/Little Jimmy
VS.
If there was a wrestling insane asylum, I guarantee you that you would find all four of these competitors committed up in that bitch. But fuck straight jackets, I'd rather see Head, hair, imaginary friends and soda pop flying. Al Snow will be teaming up with Victoria to take on the team of R-Truth and Alicia Fox for some wacky fun to start the show.
