People with downs syndrome are legitimately adorable and have babyfaces. My brother (RIP) had downs syndrome and was as cute as a button.

Anyways, Taeler is kind of a butterface, but has a great body. Great rack.

Like I said, I personally don't find her very attractive. My objection to the OP's photo was that it's old, the pictures I posted are what she looks like currently.

she musta dropped some pounds. At least it's not as bad as sarah del rey. she went from looking pretty good a few years ago to looking like a skeleton.
