Commander Shepard. Just due to the fact you could still make your guy pretty personal to yourself, and still have some cutscenes of action and whatnot where you don't chose what to do like a classic action game.

This video games rarely get buddy relationships well done, but Garrus and Shepards they just about get spot on.

But yeah i'll add in Commander Shepard for myself, because i feel hes my protagonist, hes a character i was able to craft throughout the 3 games, it is pretty cool when you realise just how different your shepards story can be to others.
