things like this bother alot of people, and I never understood why. I would rather them push the release back, and make sure they work on the game and polish it as much as possible, instead of rushing to meet a release date and releasing a flawed product.
"Every man's heart one day beats its final beat, his lungs breath their final breath. And if what that man did in his life, makes the blood pulse through the body of others, and makes them believe deeper in something larger than life, then his essence, his spirit, will be immortalised by the storytellers, by the loyalty, by the memory, of those who honour him and make whatever the man did live forever."
It is no shock, they have done it before with the GTA games. I'm a little disappointed as usual when a game I want is delayed because I just want the game, but I'll get over it. Plenty of good games in spring to hold me over until September.
The thing that really mildly bothers me is that Rockstar does the delays often enough with GTA and I'm sure they knew they were going to delay this one for awhile, yet give a false hope release date each time to us. As excruciating as it is not having a release date, I prefer that and then having them set one when they know it is close to ready than these false hope dates they always set.
