Re: Last Game You Bought?
A couple of days ago I purchased Minecraft and FIFA 13, both for PC. Minecraft because it seems like my interest grew ten-fold with every new video I watched of it and FIFA because I've found myself getting into the sport more, and EA had it on sale for $20.
FIFA looks good enough, but control-wise it's atrocious. To be fair, I haven't tried it on a gamepad yet, but the mouse/keyboard setting gives me no control and it's very unforgiving. With the default controls, I'm flying all over the keyboard just trying to switch guys it seems and if by some miracle I get near the goal, the slightest tap sends the ball into the upper level seats. It could just be my lack of experience with the game, poor settings, not using the gamepad, etc. but I'm not having a very enjoyable start at all with this one.
Minecraft has been entertaining enough--some rough moments here and there, but I'm slowly but surely getting the hang of it.
