I know Seph made a Video Game Awards thread, but I didn't see a thread about everyone's personal top games list from last year. So basically, just list your top 5 favorite games from 2012, if you want, you can stretch it out to 10 games. My list is:

1 ~ Max Payne 3
2 ~ Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning
3 ~ Mass Effect 3
4 ~ The Walking Dead
5 ~ Alan Wake's American Nightmare

Honorable mentions:

FIFA 13, Dear Esther, Sleeping Dogs, I Am Alive, Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, Blacklight: Retribution, The Darkness II, Ridge Racer: Unbounded.

Didn't play many new games last year

Mass Effect 3
Halo 4
Witcher 2
New Super Mario Bros 2
Far Cry 3

No particular order but I didn't play games like Walking Dead,Assasins Creed 3,Spec Ops, Max Payne 3 .. which are games I know I'll love apart from maybe Walking Dead I'm not sold on that style of gameplay.

2012, not 2011. Skyrim and The Run are from 2011.

Fuck, you're right. Now that I think about it, because of how late they came out in 11 I tottally forgot. Ok here's the new list.

Not sure if it counts but my number 1 would be Okami HD, but anyways.

I still wanna play Assassins Creed 3,Mass Effect 3 and Far Cry 3. Ive been stuck playing older games like Dark Souls and Skyrim.
