I don't like people who only use legendarys or those who plan out what they'll capture and when, before they even start the game. Takes away the fun. Most of my favorites are too effective. So I'm with you on that sense.
I'd easily replace Sunflora if I hadn't fallen in love with his petal dance and cute nickname of Prof. Bud.
and GALVANTULA is the shit. Fast as a mother fucker.

I don't like people who use Legendarys, but I always plan out what I'm going to have. Just a habit and I find it fun because most of time I'm using my favorites. I just find it hard to decide what 6 Pokemon I want for a file, so I always plan what I want before hand.
I never nickname my Pokemon, but that's just me.
And Galvantula is good, one of the very few Gen 5 Pokemon I liked. Fast as hell, great typing and movepool.
Oh and seeing as I've been talking negative about the new gens, particularly gen 5, here's a positive question: what is everyone's favorite Gen 5 Pokemon?

Grass Type?
Petal Dance?
Rarely Used?
Belossom is your Man.. Woman.. Poke-thingy...
Only problem being that you have to train your Gloom up to Lvl 53 before evolving to get it.. Or you could evolve it into Vileplume and get it Dancin' at the same level..

Re: Official Pokemon Discussion Thread!
@Nostalgia - What's that's supposed to mean?
But I've always found out that when I use my favorites, I'm usually pretty damn transparent in a battle, with all my weeknesses very obvious. Of course, I try to compensate for them as much as possible, but it's always hard to come out ahead when I use all my favorites in a line up instead of just trying to be a strategic as possible.
Also can't stand the legends. For me, it's all about Mewtwo, Mew, Celebi, and Deoxys. Other than that, any other doesn't matter. But never really liked using them in my line ups. Just doesn't seem right.

From what I know about you as a poster, and the things you're into, I wasn't surprised when you posted a Ninetales with tits lol

I only like a few of them as well (Mewtwo, Suicune) but I never use them in a team because they're too good, makes the game too easy.

Galvantula, Krookadile, Excadrill, Chandelure, are all really good for nonlegendaries. I hate that Chandelure can't get levitate though, Leviate is what makes Gengar so fucking GOAT in doubles as a sweeper paired with a mega-EQer

Highest ghost I've ever levelled was a 86 Haunter. Couldn't bother to get around to trading him to GOATgar.
