PS3 Store adding funds problem
 

I'm trying to get something from the PS3 Store and I get to the part where I have to add funds to be able to purchase the item but i press continue and the 5 squares loading thing comes up but then it freezes? I've tried 3 times and same result. Any ideas why it is happening? its really annoying :/

from the main PS3 main menu; go to playstation network (the blue sony symbol) and go to account management. I had a similar problem and had to double check my credit card info and then add funds manually.
