Counting every NES game I've popped in from time to time, there's a bunch. Games that I've actually made an effort to beat though, well...

Medal of Honor: European Assault. I think that's the name of it anyway. The last level is a pain, it takes about an hour of relatively easy crap to get to the final battle and then I just loose all my lives. You're timed to stop a bomb from going off and the nazi guy is firing a machine gun at you from the top of a bunker with guys coming down the side non-stop. I never have a chance to figure out what exactly to do since I can't seem to kill him from where I am and you have no time to explore or try new ways to get around. And since every time I fail I have to play through another hour I've just said fuck it.

Battlefield 3 - Single player was dull and I just got bored and turned it off. Might go back sometime.

Pokemon Conquest - Same deal here, I got bored and haven't touched it since.

FFX - I was stuck at some part where you have to kill a dragon boss, fight your way through some tough guards, and fight an even tougher boss all without checkpoints. Anyway I let my friend borrow the game and never saw it again.

Need For Speed: Most Wanted - The original version not the new one. Again I was stuck, haven't played that one in years though.

Half Life 2: Its a decent game with little story . I'm almost done too but can't bring myself to finish
The Godfather: Spent a ton of time on the game and only like 60% done it
Scarface: I wanted this game so badly for a few years got it played it for about 12 hours and can barely touch it anymore. Fun game but can't finish
Halo 2 : Another one of those games that just ended up boring me near the end and stopped playing
GTA SA : Played it when it came out never finished it. Fell for the hype picked up years later and never finished it. Its kinda boring
Army Men Sarges War : Nearly finished but I keep dying at one section and can't be fucked to finish
Metroid Prime 2 : Not very far in it, but I got stuck fairly early on in like some sort of locked room boss battle IDK

Mainly older games, I want to get back to them but I keep pushing them aside

Every installment of Grand Theft Auto from III on. I end up getting bored doing the missions and have more fun going on mass killing sprees.

Battletoads. Fuck that game, that's all I'm saying. It's easier to take a shit in an erupting volcano and not get burned.

Hey You, Pikachu. I just couldn't get into it. It was decently popular with people in my class that were into Pokemon. While I loved Stadium and was a big Pokemon fan at the time. This is one that just bored me quickly. Hell, I enjoyed Snap more than this.

Those are three that come to mind. There are a ton of other games (especially on the NES/SNES library that I never finished).

GTA IV is definitely another one. The storyline was a snorefest for me. It's also the only GTA game that isn't really exploreable.
