Ok so I'm actually going to try and turn this into a rage thread. All of you nerds talking about books.
I was playing Capture the Flag on Harvest so I hauled my ass over to the enemy base. Most of my team was around me (I know, teammates actually going for an objective
) so everybody was pretty occupied by the clusterfuck going on. In the thick of it, I dash over and grab the flag then jump from their base to the ground. Luckily, there just happens to be a mongoose sat there doing nothing.
Keeping in mind I'm the guy carrying the flag, I look around in hopes a team mate will be able to break away from the clusterfuck and we can speed off into the sunset. Well, there's a guy alright. But he's defending our flag, which has been dropped right outside their base.
Me personally, I'm thinking that it's more worthwhile to get the fuck out of there with their flag so we can at least stalemate things. If I were to die and drop their flag, they'd have both flags right on their doorstep and it would just be a matter of time before they reset their own and score with ours.
I guess the other guy disagreed.
I punched the shit out of the mongoose and shot at his feet (I was in party chat), making it pretty fucking obvious what I wanted to do. Nope. He just stands there like a retard, guarding our flag with his fucking pistol while half a dozen red guys start swarming us.
I die. He dies. Their flag resets. They pick up ours. They score. I rage.
