Pretty much all the AC endings, though they can be a bit of a mindfuck at the time.
Arkham Asylum
Halo 2 and 3
Far Cry 2 was good fun with the shift of focus

MGS4 - AWESOME ending.

Bioshock 1-2's good endings were heartwarming.

Ulfric Stormcloak; not a racist, not a megalomaniac, not a savage, but a hero with heart & ambition.

All hail to Ulfric you are the High King
In your great honor we drink and we sing
We're the children of Skyrim and we fight all our lives
And when Sovngarde beckons everyone of us dies

We drink to our youth to the days come and gone
For the age of oppression is now nearly done

Mass Effect 3... oh wait.

I agree with Pyro, I didn't care for Red Dead Redemption's ending. It fit the game but it was a bit anticlimactic (the final 'level' that is) and I didn't care for Jack at all. I was hoping you'd get an option to change back after kill Ross, but alas...

Arkham City is a good call.

Grand Theft Auto 4? I loved that ending, moreso the one right after you choose the mission to go after that Russian mobster instead of working with him. They sort of were going for the same 'lesson' and whatnot in Red Dead Redemption but I felt like it worked much, much better in GTA 4.

The Darkness 2 = Didn't know what to expect lol.

Metal Gear Solid 4 = Just perfection.
