Dragon Ball Z: Budokai HD Collection

I'd expect this forum more than any other forum I'm on, to have more people that'd like Dragonball still, whether it be for nostalgic reasons or because they still like it.

It's one of the only shows I've ever watched(of all shows where you basically have to watch episode X before you watch episode X + 1) where I rewatched it many times. Don't know if it's because the show reminds me of when I was younger, cause it was just that good, or a combination of both. I think it's probably 70-30 in favor of it being that good, over me watching it when I was little(by todays TV ratings standards, it's borderline PG,possibly even 14+,compared to when it first aired,it was something like PG or Y-8)

Is anyone gonna get the game? It releases November 6(in North America,2nd in Europe). It's basically PS3/360 version of Budokai 1 and 3 for systems like PS2/Gamecube.

I'm really considering getting it cause I never owned Dragonball game for playstation console. Sorta hope there's no online play, cause I dont wanna go online and play it and have all my friends see me playing it lol(dragonball is like WWE,everyone I knew, grew out of it, and thinks its for little kids/part of the past).

It's only $40 on release day, so it'd be something I'm really wanting to get. It releases a week after WWE13 so I might just wait 2-3 weeks after WWE13 is out,and get both games(hopefully both used) for cheaper price. I'm just hoping the game has characters from GT(Like GT Goku,Pan) and DB(like kid goku, general tao and so on)

Least popular of the 3 main ones? Budokai 3 had some diff characters from 1, dont think 2 really had any characters 1 or 3 didn't have?

Thats so crap! Only like the tenkaichi games, hoping this does well so they get re-released. Everyone I demand you buy this game.

It's too bad Dragon Ball GT is such a letdown. I actually like the grown up Gohan/little Goku dynamic.

*sits back and waits*

If you don't like DBZ, why come in this thread?

How will being in HD make it look bad? And you could buy all 3 games for less than $20, but won't be able to play it on 360 or PS3 though...

What? DBZ Budokai 3 is the greatest game ever made. Everyone knows that.

I think anyone that has played the Raging Blast games has all the games tarnished for them despite it being the best game ever.
