Re: Dragon Ball Z: Budokai HD Collection

lol at how fast Budokai 1's story mode goes. 4 battles and a mini game, and the Saiyan Saga is done. Still having a blast though, mostly for nostalgia.

Some complaints about the story mode so far:

You can't go back to replay battles in story mode (forgot if you unlock this if you beat the story, if you do, ignore this)
You can't pause cutscenes
You can't manually save, it saves for you about every 3 battles

Damn, this game really didn't age well. They should have put the last 2 features in though. Still fun for me as of now

Re: Dragon Ball Z: Budokai HD Collection

Actually, this storymode is better than I remember. Forgot completely about the secret story battles/what if battles
Spoiler for a spoiler:
Vegeta defeating Goku/Gohan/Krillin then catching Yaijrobe and going Super Saiyan after that

Game is far from perfect though, like a ton of reused attacks or animations for characters special moves, can't save on your own in story, you can't select what battles to do until you finish story, etc. Still, it's a very fun game. The cutscenes might be the best out of any DBZ game, I forgot how good they were. And at Great Saiyaman, forgot he was even in the game. I'll unlock him when I'm done with story. Also, the AI is actually tough, at least for me it was
