Re: Dishonored

This games length is what you make of it, it wouldn't take very long at all to just rush through each mission using the quickest route possible but if you take the time to explore each building, get all the bone charms and runes you can and uncover all the secrets then it can take ages. I'm sort of in the middle with this because I do want to get all runes/bone charms and complete any side missions but I don't really want to explore everything I'll maybe save that for my second playthrough. I've put around 10 hours in and I've just finished the 3rd mission.

Of the first mission.

Fuck me, there's a lot to explore in this game. I love that it rewards you for it with non-lethal mission goals. I am the anti-assassin.
I don't understand that about some people. I'll read a review for any given game and if I get that game and play through it I always put in at least twice as many hours as the reviewer. I'm not sure why people like to rush through games just to finish them. I love taking my time and exploring things. Why rush it?

Re: Dishonored

So every mission takes place in different areas/cities/places, whatever and you have the whole place to explore and you can do whatever you want there, loot, do side objectives and shit and when you have the desire, you do the main objective to conclude the mission? I still haven't gotten around playing it, I want to finish season 4 of Breaking Bad and then I'll start.

It's usually the other way around with me. For example, I finished Dead Island (in co-op) in about 15 hours. Fuck me, right?

Re: Dishonored

Well you should be able to finish a co-op game fast. It's run and gun.

Re: Dishonored

Playing Dead Island single was mostly just run, because I got slaughtered time after time after time. Could you give an answer to the first part of my post or you haven't played Dishonored yet?

Re: Dishonored

I tend to go too slow. I level grind way too much in Pokemon, I explore for every secret every in every game, and I haven't even beat BL 2 yet (though I can't thanks to a glitch).

That's pretty much right apart from the first 2 assassination missions are mostly in the same area, but there are different side objectives.
