Eurogamer

Just got back from Eurogamer, Anyone else go?

Played Halo 4 multiplayer which felt like any other multiplayer really, friend who is a big fan said it felt similar to reach though.

Tomb Raider which didnt really let you do much was cinematic and visually awesome, if its free roaming and has the side quests/xp I saw and heard of, it will be excellent.

Dead or alive 5, tits that move like water but no shocker there.

Aliens colonial marines was annoyingly a multiplayer demo where you played as marines against the reps as aliens. ( I say reps, but they are always just generic event staff who know nothing about games at these events. as an ex MC of gaming events it annoys me they get work )
The multiplayer was well meh really, just run and gun and hide in a corner from aliens, if they pounce on you, youre dead instantly but can see it being fun with friends.

metal gear solid rising I hated, horrible camera and just button bashing combat. The ability to slice things into vertical or horizontal pieces was fun to watch but I admit i never like these type of games anyway.

Didnt play cod or assassins creed 3 or anything at the nintendo stand with Wii U or the 3ds coz well who fucking cares. Zombie U might of appealed to me but it was two hour wait.

Yes Sephiroth it's usually in Earls Court. Pretty much the only thing we get resembling a convention. We had GAMEfest, but since they nearly went bust, nothing more from them.

Re: Eurogamer

I got back earlier as well, I was also there on Thursday afternoon.

Personally loved the hell out of Metao Gear Rising, just crazy madness. As expected if you liked Bayonetta, you are most likely going to enjoy it.

Far Cry 3 was the biggest surprise for me. Possibly because I went in with no expectations but it ended up being my second favorite game there.

GoW: Ascension was....well God of War so I loved it.

Tomb Raider was a little taste of what is sure to be an amazing game next year.

Pretty surprised at the amount of freedom we had in the Dishonored demo. Access to a lot of the powers, great fun experimenting.

And also one game that will probably go unnoticed by many there is Ni No Kuni, which plays and looks bloody amazing.

I just wish I had seen KSI

Re: Eurogamer

Ni no Kuni is the game being done by Level 5 and Studio Ghibli. Its GOAT even before release.

I've had the $100+ very very very limited Wizard Edition preorder for months now. Only time I've ever had to pay the full amount just to lock in the preorder but omg those bonuses.
