My Gunzerker is like lv 19 or something and while its fun to play I think its probably the weakest class because its really reliant on having good equipment. I mostly rock a pair of pistols on mine cause I love pistols in that game and they are pretty versatile.
Yeah I was trying to rock assault rifles but I know good ones are hard to find. The explosive one I'm using now is decent but its a lvl 4 gun so gonna need to upgrade fast. Might go dbl shotgun or pistol, its so hard going from ps3 to upgrade 360, I swear I was jumping whenever opening or picking something up.
I didn't really see much in her skill trees that go with weapons, I just happened to have a good Fire Pistol and that Shotty and the rifle, didn't really get anything else worth a damn. Shes got a lot more skills than the other 4 though. I need to take a more indepth look at them later. Just a lot of stuff that involves her Robot getting upgrades and having ricocheting bullets and shit. She seems okay, I play along with a guy I know IRL sometimes and he was using Gaige when I did my Axton playthrough and her bot seems a little overpowered towards the end but I guess i'm not going to complain about that.
How do you think you'll plan to build up the GZ? I think on mine all my points are in the Blue Tree since almost everything in it helps his gunzerking.
I haven't really spent a lot of time at looking at his skill trees. Think I might just spread my skill points for now and maybe re spec and focus on one tree. Gonna need to spend points to increase my reload speed. Gunzerker is cool so far. There were times when we were playing where I felt like a one man army. Atm still enjoy Axton and Zer0 more but we'll see.
Been using Gunzerker since the beginning and as you level up and get better equipment he does become more enjoyable. Like said before, at times you could pretty much decimate whole entire rooms of enemies in just one go. Just when you think you have the upper-hand on them, you go in True Vault Hunter Mode, then you have to do it all over again. Still, he is really good fun. Put most of my Skill Points in the middle tree, where most of his Action Skill stuff is, and a little in the health tree.
As for Gaige, it just seemed all about her robot friend. Which was insanely powerful. There were times where I would just let it kill everyone whilst I was just going round looting everything in sight.
About fucking time they increased the level cap. I've been level 50 for ages now, pretty sure I did it just after I finished the first slice of DLC. Still, I'm looking forward to the new one; Sir Hammerlock's Big Hunt. Looks fun and interesting. Seems to be set after the events of the main story.
