No, not really, just quite a few of the characters are reoccurring. The Angel, Claptrap (well one of them), Marcus, Zed, The Vault Hunters from the First game, Scooter etc. Its not a big deal, the story in the first one was basically 4 Vault Hunters jump off a truck to open the mythical vault, wackiness ensues they eventually open the vault, a monster comes out and you kill it then get the TROLLOLOLOL ending of "Oh hey the Vault won't open for another 50 years" or some bullshit. Thats about it.

Agreed, few games actually make humour work but Borderlands has me laughing all the time.

Why would you think that? Someone that LOVES Borderlands wouldn't play Borderlands 2? Ninja fucking please.

I play a lot of games. I just don't love alot of games. Neither of the two you mentioned is my favorite, btw.

I meant that you played only those two series, I was refering to the series, not to the first games. I always saw you posting that Borderlands is your favorite game, what happened?

I don't want to know the ending yet (I'm close) but tell me this - did the ending seem like something that was a "To Be Continued" and answered in one of the 4 upcoming DLC packs for the game, or was it pretty final and just terrible? Gonna go play it right now...

It was a bit of a cliff hanger, but i suspect it being more for the inevitable Borderlands 3 then any of the DLC's.
