best 2k i have played in years usually i get bored of 2k in about 4-5 months but this one i can see myself playing all the year through gameplay just feels so realistic.
they need to fix the offensive rebounding though happens to often and players dont seem to box out.
I really don't have a problem with people buying superteams for their MyTeams, my only complaint is they shouldn't match up the super teams against teams with scrubs.

Trust me it will get boring very quickly i fully expect that mode to be unplayable in about 2 months.

Edit: cringing at looking at the 02 Kings, 77 Sixers, 85 Sixers and 87 Lakers. Should have just removed them all from the game.
Edit 2: Servers are better, only played one online game and lost because I went to go get food and my pause timer ran out. Was up 42-39 on the Heat in the 4th was the T-Wolves
AI is a beast
and MyTeam will be ruined because you can buy currency with $. For about 30 dollars, you can get the top tier team (Rose/Kobe/Bron/LMA/Howard, CP3/Wade/Durant/Love/Bynum, pick your favorites), add another 30 and you can get the top bench as well. I sure as fuck won't be doing it, but my friend already came across the Rose/Kobe/Bron/LMA/Howard team and we're barely a day in. Meanwhile im stuck with Austin Rivers/Tony Allen/Barnes/Splitter/Kanter. Not a bad team at all, but against top tier teams? No chance
Once I legit saw the roster, I lol'd at how shitty those teams are without the main guys. I just dl'ed some caps to make up for it so its decent now.
- Phantom over the back fouls are still in. They don't happen all the time, but they still happen
- You can get the best possible MyTeam for 60 or 70 dollars, ruins the game mode imo. Should have made LBJ and crew like 100,000 coins until the season starts
- I crossed Doug Christie 3 times in one game with AI. This was when Christie was an elite defensive player, it shouldn't happen.
- Speaking of crossovers, as soon as you break someones ankles and try to drive, they pop right back up and guard you like nothing happened.
- The missing legends, I mean come on, how much is C Webb really asking for?
- LeBron's face is FUCKED, what did they do to him? Wow, , 1:14. And it looks worse in game
- LeBron is also still unstoppable to use and when playing against
These are all just first impressions, and I haven't even tried Assoc or my player yet so my opinion will probably change
- Also, dunks happen WAY too often. I'm throwing it down with Mario Chalmers and Eric Bledsoe for fuck sake. Sliders and gameplay updates will hopefully change that
Just won my first Road to the Playoffs games 55-48. Barnes had 22/4/3 on 10-17. Pretty fun game, alley oops are really easy though.
Matchmaking in MyTEAM sucks, when my best players are Harrison Barnes and Brandon Rush, why am I getting matched up with people who have LBJ and Ray Allen? Stupid.
Games are also alot more fun when you're not playing a star, just comes down to skill. I'm 3-1 so far in MyTEAM, all games decided by 9 points or less, and I've won too because of missed buzzer 3's. Tony Allen is an animal at locking down people, obviously.
Edit: It's went from impossible to do a crossover to too easy to get by your opponent, game feels way too fast, offensive rebounds happen way too often, not liking this game at all honestly.
