This so much. Red Dead Redemption was 2x better than GTA4.

I'm only about 2 cases in right now (where you're in the chicken truck) and it's really enjoyable. I haven't encountered any glitches yet. My only gripe is that it's impossible to get away from cops in a car without ramming them. Besides that, really good and hopefully the mission DLC (if they do give us that) will be great as well.

As a 9/10/11 year old I loved San Andreas. But honestly with GTA IV, I never bothered to finish it. So repetitive. You drive to this point, shoot some people, drive back home. Wash, rinse, repeat.
And I know a lot of people say "You don't play GTA for the story" yeah then what the fuck do you play it for? The open world fun? No even that gets boring after a while and is not as fun as I recalled it being like when I was 10.

Red Dead Redemption- never have I been so emotionally invested in a video game character as I was with John Marston. Damn, loved that game. I have to get it again (lend it to a friend and it got scratched the fuck up!)
Words can't describe RDR, you just have to play it.

I played Bully and I liked it. It was nice playing a sandbox in which you didn't have to drive a car from point A to point B and kill people with firearms, but Red Dead Redemption is a lot superior to Bully. |
