Not much longer, I remember a trophy popped after 30 hours of play and even after doing everything else in the game I had to leave it whilst I watched some tele for that to pop.
I enjoyed Sleeping Dogs, yeah the entire driving mechanic was ripped from Wheelman (check some footage from that game, you can leap between cars, time slows down when you aim at enemy cars and you can ram in any direction. They just took that wholsale) and the combat was kinda repetitive once I learnt to break bones but it was still fun. The parkour sections were well done, the car chases were kinda exciting and the sidequests were varied enough to keep me interested.
The thing is though, this is not a game I will ever get the urge to go back to. Unlike GTA5 which I still get the itch to go back and play from time to time this just doesn't give off the same vibe. It's a fun game that has an interesting and pretty engaging story, but once you're done with that the rest of the game is just ok.
It's basically just a fun 20-25 hour game that'll not bore you if you play for chunks at a time. Definitely worth picking up at some point.
