Longest you have ever played video games for?
 

i thought of this thread after reading the story on the anything board about a kid who played X Box for 4 days straight so i was just wondering what is the longest you have ever played on a video game for?

the longest i have played on is for a couple of hours when i am trying to get a lot of the game completed on say LMA manager i used to play that for hours with my mate.

I once played an old Nintendo console for 4 hours straight. Also, I played GTA San Andreas for about 3-4 hours with breaks. That's about it.

Xbox for 4 days straight?That console would have melted before then lol

Anyways as for the question 5-6 hours playing Gears of War 1 multiplayer nearly every night back in high school.From like 8-1 lol great times

I wouldn't be surprised if a LOT of people used to play GTA games for hours on end.

I don't think I ever played a game for more than 3-4 hours straight.

Day after my birthday this year, played the newly acquired Saint's Row: The Third for a good 7 hours.

When I was a kid I used to play video games a fair bit.Very rarely is there a game these days which can hold my attention for a great period of time. I think the last one was Uncharted 3, which I could play for 3-4 hours straight. The next game I imagine could hold me for a mammoth session would be Resident Evil 6, when it is released.

When tony hawk's pro skater 2 came out, I spent the whole day playing it. Almost beat the game with each skater but my ps1 overheated.

Definitely. The longest I have played a console game in one sitting was GTA IV. Started playing at 10am and stopped at 7pm. Took breaks to drink, eat and shower of course.

However the overall longest has to be when me and a mate got Lord of the Rings Online. We played it from 12pm to 1am. I could never do that again.

I put about 15 hours into Mass Effect 2 my first time playing it. I took breaks to go to the bathroom and smoke bowls but that was it. It flew by, though. I was shocked when I finally sat and thought about how long I played for. I've done that with all the UFC Undisputed games when they come out as well.
