I've done quite a few over 24 hour sessions in the past with my cousin on the trusty NES.

I've played through Super Mario 64 and The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time in single sittings several times.

In 2006 a new feature was released on an MMORPG that I played at the time which increased training speed dramatically, I ended up playing the game for 38 hours straight.

The first time I ever played an Xbox360, my cousin brought it over when he was visiting and we played Halo 3 until it red ringed. It was only I'd guess 6 or 7 hours but it felt like a long time.

I really can't game often now that I work fulltime and have a young son to take care of, but I wouldn't mind going on some gaming binges for the nostalgia factor.

So what exactly do you work with? You say you play games but hey I play games to but I don't get payed for it. What exactly is that you do for them?

I'm a compatibility tester. I make sure all titles work correctly on the upcoming updates.

I think that longest I've played 10 hours of Skyrim and I think 10 hours of GTA San Andreas.

I put like 16 Hours in a Bad Company 2 Marathon when the games was pretty new, that's it though.

often play games for very very long amounts of time (full days) I dont need to work so anytime I have free time I'm gaming/on internet (any time a good game comes out I spend full days in a row to finish it

My cousin works there too, so she pretty much landed me the gig.

Considering I wasted away my youth playing videogames, it's nice to see that it's kind of paid off for me.

i can't play more than 2-3 hours or my brain will explode , lol. After I play for an hour or two I lose concentration and I need to take a break. Maybe it's just 'cause i'm getting old...28 years! I remember when i was a kid I used to play "Sensible Soccer" and I could play all day and never be tired !

It depends. When my wife and kids are at home, I will probably play around 3 hrs of COD or Battlefield. If their gone its more likely 12 or 13 hrs. The only time I dont ever play is when its football season
