I can't imagine a game getting you so mad you break your controller. That's unfathomable to me. Perhaps you shouldn't play video games?

I'd agree if you said it's silly and ridiculous to act that way towards a game, it absolutely is. But anything that's just frustrating can cause some fucking rage. Unfortunately, for some of us, it ends with broken controllers.

I agree with Ladycroft. If you're breaking controllers over videogames, maybe you should lay off them for a while. Then again, I don't usually play videogames for more than an hour in one sitting, so the testosterone buildup rarely ever reaches a boiling point lol

It's not like I (or anyone else) has broken a controller every hour or everyday. I've rarely done so. The only times I have were after playing MW2 (and three), and completely stopped playing both afterwards. So to say "well, you just shouldn't play video games" is just stupid.

You've never conceded a 90th minute winner to lose 4-3 after being 3-0 down and pulling it back to 3-3 with minutes remaining in the match on FIFA online!

New pads and tv's and consoles are needed after that

Why is it stupid? If you're having a hard time controlling your emotions when playing video games, maybe you should do something less stimulating, or start taking up Yoga. I don't mean that to be condescending, i've lost my temper over trivial things too, but if you're breaking controllers because a videogame made you angry, then you might want to look into that unless you're ready to shell out money on new hardware every month.

Maybe you don't lose your cool very often, but I know that some people do. There's even people that go as far as breaking their own console because they got disconnected from a server. That to me is beyond ridiculous.

I don't need to do shit like "yoga" for something that so rarely happens. I don't have a problem with controlling my emotions.
