I've only just started that quest line. Wanted to save it for when I had decent stats because in the previous games the Dark Brotherhood missions have always been the coolest quests to play.

I really felt that the mage questline was more fulfilling than the main questline especially on the final battles between the two.

Does anyone else have huge freezing issues for Skyrim?

Mine has froze 3 times yesterday and its at the point its hard to play. I know about the huge save file and lag issue, but this is a new playthrough with about 3 hours played and a small save file.

Indeed. I'm on the last mission right now and the mission before it ended on this huge "holy shit, this is the most epic thing in the game" type rallying moment. I felt so much hope and sense of adventure and excitement and anticipation when Astrid told me....

Yeah, I have my game freezes a hell of a lot times, and for the most part, I just saved more frequently, deleted old saves, and just put up with the game freezing if it did happened. Although deleting old saves did help, it still froze occasionally.

I finished it last night and it didnt dissapoint.

Although my game glitched a bit when you killed the decoy.

I did the Stormcloaks quest line before starting the Dark Brotherhood, which means the Stormcloaks control Solitude. When the Imperials catch you and try to kill you, I had a Stormcloak guard arrest me, so I paid him off and all the Imperial soldiers stopped attacking. Which is odd considering both the Stormcloaks and Imperials are at war.

I can't platinum this game. Lag prevents me from getting 50. I am at 49 right now and I need to only level smithing and enchanting

I figured I was near the end of the Dark Brotherhood questline. I'm assuming now I am not.

Haven't played it in about a month and a half. The freezing started to annoy me, but other than that, I generally have a hard time finishing most games, let alone ones that last forever.
