Re: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Discussion Thread

Speaking of horses, it's sad how they went backwards on that department. You can't go 1st person anymore and still aren't able to do archery from horseback. That'd be so awesome.

Re: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Discussion Thread

Not only that, but you can't even interact with people while on horseback either. Horses are pretty much a dud in this game. After my last one went down due to a random bear trap in the road, I decided it to explore the rest of Skyrim on my own two feet.

Why do horses run off after getting off them?

Did you buy this horse or did you steal it? If you stole it, it's running back to the stable to tell the stable master you stole him.

Re: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Discussion Thread

My horse ran away the first time I got off of it and I bought him, didn't steal him. Then I checked all the cities and he wasn't there, so I just gave up. I turned it on today and the stupid fucker was just sitting there in one of the stables, so I have no idea what happened before.

Re: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Discussion Thread

I believe if you fast travel to a city, your horse should arrive in the stables. But who fast travels?

Incidentally, this is the funny: http://www.pcgamer.com/?s=nordrick

Re: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Discussion Thread

I fast travel, occasionally. While most of the time I love exploring the world and I often get side tracked from my original goal, sometimes I don't want to have to walk somewhere for like 15 mins.

Re: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Discussion Thread

I finally got ALL THE PS3 TROPHIES!!! I had to restart a new campaign to get the correct deadric artifacts (I mean, who didn't want to kill Barbas?). And then the theives guild glitch with Tonja (fuck yes that's a glitch!). It was worth it though.
