I am not talking about a costume, I am speaking about the in-game item.

I am looking for the article right now, it is rather hilarious.

Yeah, I'm also talking about the in-game item, though having the real costume would be pretty sweet. I was just saying, it would suck that only people who bought from Gamestop would get that item since it's one of my favourites. I also don't think we have any stores here in Britain, so that would have sucked.

GameStop is trying to run a Monopoly on things like this. Most of the time it is just something that will be available on DLC later on, but giving people serious advantages like that before earning it is ridiculous.

But I do use GameStop as they are always open at midnight on release days, no matter the expected turn out for the game. They also insure my games for $1.50 USD, so if anything goes wrong they will replace it.

It is a shame there aren't any in the UK. I didn't Google it or anything, but from your experience and my line of business in the gaming industry that has brought me there a few times; I concur, I believe they are a mainly United States/Canadian.

Yeah, that would have destroyed the game at a very early stage. Would have been so easy just to sneak up on people and kill them. I'm also not a big fan of different companies having all types of DLC packs, surely they should all have the same?

Now I know why they do it, but some have better ones than others, and there are usually some packs that I want but don't want to buy from that particular retailer. GAME, over here, had the best New Vegas DLC pack, it included a life saving watering can that was a Godsend on Hardcore mode. But the annoying thing was they were the only ones that sold the Collector's Edition. Which was annoying as they ALWAYS charge full price. But, hey, I had the money and really wanted it!

Just defeated Alduin for the first time, his Fire breath almost fucked me up the first time he used it. Also, Paarthurnax is fucking awesome, love his voice.

I finally forged the whole set of Daedric armor. Totally bad ass. Now I'm trying decide if I should join the Dark Brotherhood. Are there any upsides for joining the group and completing their questline?
I completed the brotherhood storyline and I got only bonuses from it, so if you don't have nothing against killing random people who did nothing bad to you, go for it

Find them and kill them. I've killed 2 of them, can't remember the names.

Re: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Discussion Thread

I need to stop reading this thread, it's making me want this more than I already do. I had originally planned on buying it not too long ago until I was told my fiance's mother was buying it for me on the 18th when they come down for their version of xmas. I was unaware that at 23 I would be getting a gift like that from essentially my mother in-law who I see maybe once a year, but fuck it, I'll gladly wait a bit longer and get it for free.
