Hope everyone is remembering to spend the money on trainers every level. Over time you'll see a difference.

Trainers are for noobs. I'm level 40 and never used one.

Spoiler for Ending:
Really? I stood on the mountain for like 10 minutes waiting for something to happen, but nothing. No reward or anything?

Trainers are also for perfectionists like me. I can level skills I never use in a jiffy.

Plus the Faendal leveling trick allows fast leveling earlier on in the game. Other trainers you'll have to pickpocket though.

Re: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Discussion Thread

First save: level 40 mage (High Elf) - key stats are conjuration and destruction - playtime is over 40 hours - completed The Dark Brotherhood, Companions Guild and over 50 side / misc quests

Second save: level 38 (Wood Elf) thief/assassin - key stats are sneak, speech and archery - playtime around 20 hours (glitched speech and sneak), doing thieves guild and bards atm

I never played Oblivion past the opening mission when you first step foot into the vast world, I didn't expect to love this game as much as I do, as far as my favourite games of all time go this is easily up in the top 5 and tbh once I'm done with it sit back and think back on the sheer scale of this game and the enjoyment it bought me, I wouldn't be surprised for it to be the best game I've ever played.

Re: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Discussion Thread

The game worked for me for the first week but now whenever I play the water textures don't work and when I'm in first person view my weapon/shield disappears. It makes the game unplayable for me. I'm not paying 60 bucks for this.
